Love it , great food at even better prices in the cafe like jacket potatoes / pizza / hot dogs !!

Everything in store from homeware/ party food / garden furniture/ wine/ soft drinks / large desserts like Carrot cake ( my fav ) Apple pie and loads more food and toiletries !!!! Be prepared to spend loads �

I've been a member for many years and love everything about the store. The value for money and selection of goods is fabulous. The meat tastes better than any other I've tried. Christmas shopping here is great not just for food but for gifts too. Never had a single problem. Considering I now live 70 miles away and still come back regularly must say something for Costco!

I love my visits to Costco. I have never had an unsatisfactory purchase. When I change my mind or find something is the wrong size or the style doesn’t suit, they have accepted returns without any query. Renewing is easy can be done at the till.

Had lunch y/day baked potatoes was yummy was told 10 min wait but worth it came to order b/day cakes but was shutting down for refurb so got to go chingford one now 😭

Fuelled my car here for the first time and was shocked, positively ofcourse, by the bill. I will definitely be rushing to this station again for refills. Thank God, it's only a few miles away from my drive! And as for the food and wide variety of other goods, a day's visit is obviously insufficient to explore and take advantage of the very good offers.

Excellent place

Been a member for something like 10 years found it by chance and luckily we was able to be a member so much choice great when we have family parties.

I stock up on lots of things as it takes me over hour to get to over hour to walk round as I stop to look at everything hahah and then getting home



Came up other day and got a lot of gifts for Christmas and need to come back for a few more ran out of money as had a big shopping day xx

Been a member ever since they first open here, never had any problems with any of the loads of items both me & my family have brought from here over the years, cakes, drinks, inflateable beds, clothes, all type of food, tv's you name it!. The cafe is great and unbelievably good value for money & now they do fuel too! At the moment it's about 9-10 pence a litre cheaper than even the supermarkets! Well worth the yearly membership fee

Always good food. Helpful staff and the restaurant is very good at a very affordable prices. They always a load of special offers and the fuel is a good price. Parking is very well spaced out and a good selection of trolleys

( Bank holiday Monday ) after signing up this was my 1st experience at shopping at Costco... loved it! Wished I'd joined sooner!

Will deffo shop there more often, so many bargains to be had. E.g. Bulk buy loo rolls, kitchen rolls, cleaning aids, food etc... all work out a lot cheaper in the long run.

Helpful friendly staff, nothing is too much from them.

The produce is great there and mostly good value. But the staff need to have some training on how to be customer friendly. I found all the staff rude, unhelpful, obnoxious and thoroughly obtuse. None of them smile or have any basic manners or decency.. please bring back the friendly helpful staff that used to be there.

i normally love costco but today i went and i got a cooked chicken once home i opened it and it was pink when i phoned about it i was given the excuse about new ovens leaving the chicken slightly pink but still being cooked. there is no way this chicken was cooked

Biggest problem I have is that you have No warehouse's in Kent and with the Dartford crossing as it is most of the time I just can't bothered to go.

Extremely disappointed to discover they didn’t accept my Visa or MasterCard, I’m from Australia, and my visit to UK Costco has been my only disappointment, My membership is a global one, that means you should accept global payments �

Had to leave Costco without fueling up, and without things I wanted to buy �

On this occasion I was left fuming about a member of staff. I understand as an individual member I cannot shop till 11, but when you have ordered a tyre spoke to the mechanics to be told bring car down after 9.30. I arrived at 10.45 and was refused entry by some woman jobsworth "you are not allowed on the premises till 11" explaining I was only here to get a tyre and needed to drop my keys in ( the tyre reception located inside the store?) I had to go round to the fitting bays from where I had left my car call a mechanic over who then agreed to meet me at the entrance to take me through the store to the reception desk! She did not look too pleased when I walked past with him. That said the tyre fitters did a grand job nothing to complain about with them but the woman I encountered really needs to learn some customer service and use some common sense!

My friend went to get a tyre for her ford kuga yesterday, the man proceeded to tell us that as her car is a 4x4 all 4 tyres must be exactly the same so she would had to get a set of 4 matching tyres. I told my friend let's go think about it and I called my father who used to own a tyre shop as I suspected this was not right. My father said this is not true and all 4 tyres could be different brands wouldn't matter me and my friend went to rsk in collier row who I always use now and they are brilliant and they confirmed as well that is rubbish and they changed the tyre and cost £75. I'm disgusted with the false information we was given he even said the two front wheels shouldn't be on the car it's a brand new car from the ford dealership my friend only needed a new tyre as had a bad puncture. I felt as we was two young girls on our own they wanted to take advantage of us. My friend always used Costco before for her tyres but now won't ever use them again. Terrible service.

Disgusting. Ordered my son a birthday cake online. Collection (today) a day before his birthday. Travel there to get to the til to be told i cant have the cake as membership is out of date. Well you manged to let me order the cake online with my membership number, so we didnt think it was actually out of date. Maybe you should update the online system. Now the cake will be chucked away and have a 5yr old boy with no cake. Thanks.

Disgusted that Costco Chicken products are all Halal (I didn't look at other meat products but would be very disappointed if they were all Halal) very much feel that that this is discrimination against those individuals who have a problem with eating meat from animals who have been killed in this way.
