Hi, thank you for visiting my page. I've been working as a Craniosacral Therapist for over ten years now. I absolutely love my work and still get very excited by this wonderful therapy, witnessing daily just what it can do to help people of all ages from babies to the elderly.
Craniosacral therapy is gentle yet extremely powerful. It is a hands on therapy using a light connective touch. Treatment supports and enhances the body’s natural capacity for self-repair and healing. ...I ‘listen’ to your body through my hands, perceiving the subtle rhythmic movement of fluids and tissues, sensing where motion is restricted. I then help these areas access states of equilibrium in order to return to optimal health.
I have much experience of working with people of all ages from newborn babies to the elderly and have helped people find relief from a varied range of conditions, some examples being - back pain, anxiety, depression, tmj issues, headaches, tinnitus, colic, reflux, post dental problems, trigeminal neuralgia, asthma, nervous and digestive disorders.
I work from my private treatment room based in Woodston in Peterborough. I also travel to clients homes if you cannot get to me or you would prefer this.
