The food was perfect. So much choice, beautifully presented and taists amazing. Thank you I will definitely be visiting again.

Wow our first visit Lucinda and Chantelle were absolutely amazing, nothing too much trouble a lovely welcome and table decorated. Thank you so much, we will be back. Desserts to die for.

What a lovely place to have a sweet treat, staff were very lovely and wish I got the ladies name to make this personal, she was very accommodating, making polite conversation and overall a perfect example of great customer service. Food was good priced for what you got. Been 3 times before and will be going back for sure!

We stumbled across this desert place last night, wow the service was fantastic! The manger served us very polite chap with plenty of time for us, everything was spot on, the food is amazing and we will be returning.... make sure you go on an empty stomach though! You can even take the half you cant eat home in a box they provide! Amazing!!

Visited Creams this afternoon. They were really busy but the service was still really quick. Lovely friendly helpful staff and amazing food! Will definitely go back and next time won’t make the staff blush! �

Took myself and my colleagues a while to decide what we wanted to order because of the wide range of desserts on offer! Got there in the end however and we were all chuffed with our choices and the service from everyone at Creams. Great set-up and a really family-friendly environment, keep it up!

Took my children Tuesday me and my son had an oreo waffle it was huge! my daughter has an icecream of the childrens menu it was all delious .Next i will share my waffle.Great ice cream and great service definitely go back.

This was a treat for my 3 year old, the puddings where huge but we managed to eat them!! Table service was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough to help! Will definitely be visiting again

The staff were very friendly, the milkshake was delicious and massive and the restaurant was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The separate kids menu made it easier to pick something for my son. Can't wait to go back

The staff are really nice, very friendly and talkative. I dropped my phone and they phoned my dad straight off, not many companies would do that and on top of that the food is amazing and homemade worth every penny

Ordered some food for take out and didnt get a disposable spoon. It wasnt an issue but would have been more convinient. The food for take out was packed nice and tight so theres no chance for the ice cream to leak out.



Great place to come with friends and family. Unlike other desert lounges, the music wasnt so loud making it easy to socialise with friends/ family and communicate with staff. Also the deserts are very unique as compared to the standard cookie dough and waffles that you find at every other place. We ordered some bubble pop waffles, sticky toffee pudding (which is a must try), freak shakes and slush puppies. We were all surprised when they had been brought to our table as the food was presented beyond expectation, tasted fantastic and arrived in a timely manner. Would definitely come again with friends and im already sure it would be there new favourite place to eat in Bedford.



Overall: tasty food, excellent portions, comfortable sitting, warm and cosy atmosphere, very friendly and helpful customer service.
