We booked a large table for 12 last Saturday, we called ahead to ensure there would be space, the manager was very accommodating and pleasant, on arrival the staff couldn’t have done anything more to ensure that our experience was a great one. The food was delicious, and the venue was clean and fresh.

We shall definitely be back to sample more of the menu that’s for sure! Well done x

Visited creams today and was so impressed with the service. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and my friends and were very welcoming. The desserts and shakes were amazing and service was impeccable, we were so pleased and will definitely be visiting again. I really recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth!xxx

Really good service and a great selection of delicious deserts. A much cheaper and tastier version of Kaspers if you are in Ipswich. Convenient if you are in the town centre too. Plus it’s got really good accessibility for those less physically able as the tables are a good distance apart and everything is on one level.

Love this restaurant, we have the food delivered and so far have never been disappointed. So yummy! Highly recommend!

First time we have been here tonight Amazing service and the staff had plenty of time to talk to my autistic son. My crepe was lush and my son's Oreo on mine was massive and looked lush.. He did have to take some of it home. Definitely will go back

Amazing deserts! Service was great, for the young lady learning the ropes she was amazing . Weldone creams we will be back soon. �����

A tad overpriced. Needs more gelato which was lovely and less of the mr whippy (felt a bit ripped off)

Staff was really nice but when my waffle came to the table there were hardly anything on it, they took it back to put more on but all they did was done more sauce still was very dry, defiantly need the whole waffle covered with the toppings and not just the middle

Not the cleanest and short staffed so there was a 20 mins delay on a Thursday after school. Cookie dough so falsely sweet it gave me a tummy ache. Need more front of house staff and a good clean up

Best dessert ever but staff were awful!! Clearly never heard of customer service, or even a smile and quite obviously don’t clean their cutlery. Only gave it a 3* because the food was delicious

Really bad experience at Creams, Ipswich yesterday. 40 minute wait for food and wasn't even busy... one cashier so massive queues. Waffles turned up burnt. Ice cream melted in hot straight from the dishwasher. Milkshake never came. We ended up returning all our food after one bite and getting a full refund. Only saving grace was one waiting staff member who couldn't be more apologetic. I understand it's new and teething problems will happen but we was one table of at least 4 (that we saw) who got refunded so changes need to happen.

3 of us went to Creams today and I wasn't too impressed. Firstly they had no strawberries for a strawberry and banana based waffle, we were offered a selection of other fruit instead. Then after ordering the rest of our choices and paying, a server approached the table to say there wasn't any bubblegum sauce to go with the 'bubblegum sundae'. So another sauce was picked. When I collected the cutlery I noticed there wasn't any serviettes. I asked for some when the first waffle came to our table to be told that we'd get some. None arrived. When the rest of the food arrived I asked again to be told that they had none as the delivery hadn't been that morning. Surely serviettes are basics in a restaurant?? We were given 3 piece of kitchen roll instead. Going back to the food, the Bubblelicious sundae should have come with 100's and 1000's and popping candy. It was definitely 1's and 2's as the 100's and 1000's were non existent. Not sure where the popping candy was either.... Skittles hadn't been chosen on this sundae (that was a different option) but that's what I was given! Not sure I'll go back. I'd rather go to Kaspers instead.

What a crap service! As soon as we walked in the bloke had no clue what he was even doing there!! Talked to me like i was 10! As soon as i went to order the man had no clue how to work the till and charged me for things i didnt order! Slush puppie was like water!! And as for the food the order come out 15 mins apart from each other! And as for the staff all your uniforms need a wash! And your tables and work surfaces are yuk!! So poor if you ask me! Deffo wont be coming back!!

The food came before the drinks, it was noisy and the table had not been cleaned properly. The boys had ice cream and waffle and milkshake, which all came at different time and I still waited fifteen extra min before I gave up and asked where my Diet Coke was. While the boys said the food was good I doubt I’ll go back due to the poor service

First time there.. Savage. The bubble pop waffle was still doughy where it wasn’t cooked enough.. Could see they weren’t washing their hands just putting them wherever then touching the fruit and putting it in my waffle.. the peach slices were Sainsbury’s own canned they tasted like wine where they were obviously out of date. Literally the worst � I chucked it after tearing that waffle apart and tasting it.. £12 down the drain for dinner could’ve made a better one at home �
