We went yesterday to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday and from my initial email enquiry to arriving yesterday the staff were helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.... the staff when we arrived were friendly and they even popped a birthday candle in my daughters sorbet and sang to her... a lovely touch indeed.... food was fabulous, arrived freshly made and all of us (9) were served at the same time too... will definitely be recommending Creams...

We went here on Saturday with family and friends who had come over from another town there was 16 of us all together so it was quite a large order. We was expecting to wait for it for over half an hour as we thought it would take time for us to get it but within 20 minutes we all had our desserts and drinks (all bought out at approx the same time). The service was great �.

We had seen Creams on Facebook and had been wanting to go for quite a while.. we treated the kids on Sunday morning and must say we were amazed.. the service was first rate.. The 2 young ladies working on Sunday were very freindly and made us and the kids feel very welcome.. The food was excellent, massive portions and tasted great.. We will be back again and again as there is so much I want to try.. If you are thinking of visiting.. Stop thinking and get yourself down

Very nice place. Went there yesterday with my kids. They all had different things which were all delicious. I tried the new chocolate bubble pop waffle absolutely gorgeous, very nicely presented in a cone. Looked too good to eat just wanted to sit and look at it..lol

I love this cafe. Usually orders take away and the staff has always got a smile on their face... lovely desserts and freshly made!

I have never see Amy Robinson eyes light up so much when we walked in to eat yesterday�

Was such an amazing place to go and we will be back to keep tackling that lush menu.

Amazing experience, this was the first creams frenchise i visited in UK & i must say it has been a lovely experience!

The staff was very friendly & the atmosphere was mind blowing, such a mouth watering menu with amazing prices.

I ordered Nutella waffle with an Oreo shake, the presentation was marvellous & taste was outstanding!

Anyone who is fond of desserts, creams is the right place for you & especially the Peterborough frenchise because it just feels like home! �

Absolutely awesome! We tried the PBJ waffles and the Hungry Jacks apple pie waffles along with a pistachio and coconut ice cream milkshake.... really good!! And the staff were lovely! Will be back to try the sundaes �

Enjoyed my waffle with salted caramel icecream, strawberries and white chocolate sauce. The only reason I didn't mark it 5 was I expected whipped cream and it was squirty style cream. Whipped or clotted would hold shape and texture with the hot food. Service was great....waited a little but expected that whilst being cooked.

The customer service is okay , but I’ve asked not to have an apple juice in my smoothie and still got it in. Staff should be paying more attention to the customers.

Went to creams last night for a waffle and a latte.

Got really disappointed with the waffle and the ice cream. The look on my plate put me off the waffle straight away.

Latte didn't taste like a latte.

Not coming back again.

Desserts are great, but when I asked to add 1 Oreo biscuit to 4 desserts after I had paid I was asked to pay £3.80!!!! £3.80 for 4 biscuits I think not....
