Used to be a regular (by regular, I mean every day regular lol). Now I go about once per week. They have delicious desserts with excellent customer service and very friendly staff. 5 stars!

This is my "go to" place when I'm craving for some good ice cream and waffles! The staff is very helpful and always in a good mood! Large variety of ice cream and other sweet treats that tastes amazing! I always get my order fast and never had a problem! Good job to the management team! They do an awesome job!

Loved it here, clean and inviting, very friendly staff, prompt service and absolutely delicious food. Very very happy (came here after a horrendous and failed visit to a local competitor!). WELL DONE CREAMS! xxx

It was my friends Birthday so we decided to take her to Creams and what a good choice!!!We had our food in minutes and the children's playground was excellent for my son!!!We will definitely go back!!

I was visiting UK, and I went to creams Watford and I was amazed to see the variety of ice-cream s, the presentation was beyond my imagination, I would like to make a similar dessert place in dubai

Best ice creams, fresh food, great service, professional presentation, clean seating area, clean tables whenever I have been, I honestly love this place. I haven’t been to the toilets but I’m giving feedback on what I’ve seen, lots of seating area. It’s a thumbs up from me. I’ve brought family and now friends here and everyone loves it, I haven’t heard anything negative. Thank you for everything Creams!!!!!

We took a group of 10 children there today for my daughters 10th birthday. We pre booked so they kindly set up an area with balloons and banners to celebrate. The service was fast and the quality of the food was good. The cost was good value. For those with children the play area is really good, keeps them entertained. The only complaint from the children is there wasn't a long enough wait for the food so they didn't get long enough to play!

The menus need updating, they old and tatty, and the toilets look like they are temporary toilets. The kids enjoyed the soft play area and the waffles and pancakes where delicious, milkshakes could have been more icy/ colder, think they were possible made in warm glasses, so maybe put them into he fridge before using. The staff were really good, our server was new and a bit nervous, but very capable and got the job done, so couldn't fault him at all.... All in all it was decent outing

I took two of my boys, we ate like kings, I felt alive, but by the time I finished I felt ill, don’t have a mainly chocolate covered waffle washed down with a large choccy milkshake, it’s to much chocolate for any man! I’ll be doing it again next week.

We like to take our son here for the soft play area. However we obviously timed it wrong earlier today because there were older kids all over the place throwing plastic balls at each other and play fighting. We left after downing our milkshakes because no member of staff was asking them to leave.



The staff seem to have trouble understanding you and I don't think they use cold glasses for their milkshakes. This place could do so well but it needs new management.

The deserts are so good, real skilled people. Shame the toilets are so cold and never working, if you go at the wrong time and when the older school children are there then your done for as they are so rude and noisy, staff take no notice nor do anything about it.

Guys, what has happened here?

Some staff were very abrupt and standofish so made atmosphere not so nice. Secondary school kids just coming in and going into the play area which is for young kids and they were running havoc! Staff just let them carry on instead of telling them to leave. We removed our kids for their own safety.

prices are quite high compared to other places and not as much choice waffle wise plus the cake cabinet was sparse. Only 8 options in that huge cabinet so they sprinkled some forrero rocher about thinking it made it look pretty.

I'll stick to kaspas thanks. Won't be coming here again in a hurry. Very poor customer service apart from the lovely lady at the till.

Wouldn't know what the food tastes like!!!!won a competition in FEBRUARY and have been ignored since, ignored my posts on the wall, ignored my inboxes as it states to inbox to redeem your prize, ignored my e-mails and ingored an email from another branch who contacted them for me (have proof of every email, inbox and wall post incase it gets denied) Disgusting customer service, put up the competition knowing they weren't going to give out the prize just to grab the shares from it!!! Manager of Creams Watford should be ashamed of themself!!!

Would be lovely if the staff smiled feel like it’s an effort for them just to take your order. Food is not great either having been to other creams where it is very nice this must be the worst creams restaurant in the UK and to be honest does not do the rest of their restaurants justice.

Really poor service and food came out at all different times, all young staff that don't have a clue second time this has happened not going back

Poor customer service and no manners! Cake was stale and way too sugary especially as it was for my young daughter! Seen and eaten at better. Older kids in the play area, I'm sure there must be a age limit!

Lots of teens in the soft play area where it should be up to 4years of age the limit thats what the sign says. Nobody from the management ever do anything about it!

My last experience was a bit bad. My friend ask for 2 glasses of tap water (coz after all that sweet you need to wash it off with something healthier lol)

But so my point is...one of the water was warm and i went to the counter to ask for an other one so while the lady who was filling my glass she put her hand in the running water and that water was going in to my glass...so i asked her she can't be serious.....and she didn't get it!!!! So i had to explain to her what she did it was wrong!
