Zumba Gold is a low impact dance fitness class suitable for anyone aged over 16 and all fitness levels. It’s a great way to meet new people and is especially good for people recovering from injury or suffer from mobility difficulties, mums who ha...ve recently given birth and would like to return to exercise, people new to exercise, older participants and anyone who would enjoy a fun, low impact dance fitness class.

We are looking for pirates to join us at the Museum of London Docklands on 24th/25th February and 3rd/4th March for an immersive theatre event based around the story of Peter Pan.

There's no hiding. How many times have I heard people going on about going to slimming clubs and then stopping of at the chippy on the way home. Give this a blast and you don't have to hide your secret stash of goodies, you can work it off as much or as little as you like, and there's no gods or goddesses looking unapprovingly at you, just a great bunch of people with one goal; sweating whilst smiling :)

The nicest people in the zumba gold and Mandy is the.nicest instructor. Everyone is at ease and comes away from.the class in good spirits. It gives you a lift- which is really great. Xx

Proffessinal at all times but has a fantastic atmoshere family feel enjoyable experience the teachers seem to have the knack of bringing out the best in you ans building that much needed self confidence

I tried Zumba gold with open mind, as have two forms of arthritis was not sure how I would cope,but did OK,but more importantly I loved it , hopefully will prevent me seizing up, it's low intensity and should suit many of baby boomer generation
