Went here today, I'm shocked at some of the review saying the staff were rude because in my opinion the staff were welcoming and lovely! Even when rushed of their feet they were still smiling and thanking us for coming! To add food was lovely! Will be coming back again to try another shake!!

Went here for the first time today with my friend and we really enjoyed it! Lovely service, great design and festive décor, lovely wide range on the menu, excellent coffee and delicious food. Will definitely be back and would recommend thank you

We came here yesterday . We had the banana and strawberries with nutella chocolate with waffles. It was absolutely amazing. Staff was lovely x

We arrived and were greeted by a very accommodating waitress, we had to wait 10 mins while we waited for a table to become free, our order was taken promptly and food arrived shortly after. The cakes and milkshakes are amazing!!! Lovey trip and will return xx

Visited the other day and loved it - staff are extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival and throughout our visit. We had heard about their cake shakes through social media so wanted to come and try; I had a red velvet cake shake and it did not disappoint, very yummy and the presentation was great! You can tell that the staff put alot of effort into creating great shakes and food for their customers. Will definitely be returning!

Visited here with my mum on the weekend after hearing many good reviews and we weren’t disappointed! The cake/ shake we had were like nothing we’ve ever had before, and for the volume of food we received, I make it really good value for money unlike some other places around town. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Great little place. Food was amazing, lots to choose from and really reasonable. Only small, but service is pretty quick so you wouldn't have to wait too long for a table. We also got shakes to takeaway & noticed others getting takeaway boxes for leftover food! Great idea!

Can't get enough of this place, the cake shakes are just the best 👌🏻 Brought my cousin here for the first time yesterday & she absolutely loved it! The Oreo cake shake is out of this world!!! 😍

This cute little cafe lived up to its name! The cakes here are to die for!!!!! And the shakes...omg!!! I swear they are orgasms in a jar!!!! This is a place you do not want to miss! ���

Good for an occasional treat maybe, .but really the waffles are way over the top, talk about sugar overload. And my slice of cake was stale, very dry, only edible with the cream.

Went for brunch as a birthday treat for my daughter. The only good thing was the milkshakes the girls had. The scrambled eggs were like rubber bullets, the avocado and smoked salmon was stingy and serving waffles from a packet that had lumps of sugar in them to accompany the bacon and sausage was gross.



Lots of nicer places to go for better food.

We arrived and was greeted or not greeted in this case by a lady who seemed like she had a bad day...we sat down and ordered. It was towards the end of the day so quite a few cakes were gone but that’s understandable, my sons crazy cake shake was amazing and was huge considering it was a kids shake.

My husband ordered a cookies and cream shake and on the offset it looked amazing.

However he picked it due to it stating on the menu that it was made using chocolate spread and not Nutella like most of the ones on the menu. When it arrived I just had a feeling and checked and it was actually Nutella... my husband has a Nut allergy so luckily I caught it and Called over the waitress she was firstly shocked that I was sending it back and then said “so you can’t have it then” when my husband explained he had a nut allergy. She was not apologetic when she took it away at all and when it finally arrived back just said that the chef was new!?

Not very impressed considering what could of happened if he had consumed it!

Anyways the rest of the time spent in there was nice and like I said the cakes were yummy!

Just be cautious if your going in there with an allergy. Ask and check your food!

I had made a booking for my daughters birthday, but on arrival, because the staff member had left, the other staff had no knowledge of this. There were able to accommodate us though lucky as a group we’re leaving but it did take the edge of my daughters birthday.

They then forgot to make the birthday girls cake shake so whilst the other girls had theirs, she had to wait a long time. The waitress had not taken the order properly and missed hers.

Shakes and cakes were good but the service and booking error put a dampener on my daughters special 13th birthday celebrations.

Went once before and found the cake really dry and no flavour. Went again yesterday for breakfast, eggs were watery, beans stone cold, bacon was so fatty, toast badly burnt. so overall not impressed as waited over 30 mins to be served. when I explained to the waitress she was polite and took my drink off the bill, still payed £8 for a disgusting breakfast that I just pushed around the plate. Much nicer places for breakfast! Will not be returning.

Southend is full of lovely restaurants and feel it is a real shame I choose to waste my money here! Staff are rude and unwelcoming (lady actually huffed when taking order), food was horrid and tasted like it had been microwaved! Never felt so let down by a restaurant, we will not be returning!!!

Some of the staff were very unfriendly upon our arrival as first-time customers. They flung the menus at my friend and I before walking off and leaving us confused as whether we were expected to go up to the counter to order and pay or wait to be asked what we wanted. The staff were very cold to us throughout. Cakes were nice, customer service atrocious. Won't be visiting again.

Phoned yesterday to book a table as there were a few of us popping in for my birthday. They said the don’t do reservations but will keep a table free anyway. Said it was fine. Went down there and they were shut for “Christmas celebrations”. They would had known that yesterday!! Not happy at all.
