We are a well established small, reliable, local company specialising in all aspects of property improvements and building maintenance.

Croft Property Services was formed in early 2002 and is owned by Karl Warnes. Karl has a foundation degree in construction and has been working in the construction industry for the past thirty years. Karl has City & Guilds qualifications and therefore has a wealth of hands on experience in all aspects of building & renovation.

Croft Property Services is based near Needham Market and works mainly in the local area. A large part of our work comes from recommendation and repeat work from existing customers. Our customers are important to us and therefore are highly valued.

For the last six years we have been members of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers. We are 'OFTEC' members and offer a full oil fired heating design and installation service.


To guarantee high qualtity all relevant works are carried out by Karl. This maintains the continuity of the project and avoids delays caused by waiting for separate trades.

All electrical and heating works are carried out by local certified contractors with whom we have worked for many years and come with the highest recommendation's.
