The lady that served us Caitlin was so helpful and gave us plenty of time to make decisions and never felt rushed or pressured to accept any of there deals or extras which they offered alongside there appliances. Would definitely recommend them and go back again! Thank you for making the experience of buying 7 appliances an easy enjoyable one which was very stress free! :)

Not a reflection of the store but I'm absolutely disgusted with the so called know how insurance.Washing machine unuseable until a part is sourced from Italy! Numerous pointless phone calls and being kept on hold only to be told they have 21 days to mend my washing machine after paying 4.50 a month since God knows when. Totally pointless money making racket. Won't be shopping there again

Have just left the store as I waited for nearly 30 mins for someone to offer any help! I understand you may not want to hassle customers but when there are several staff standing around chatting-it doesn't look good! I have now gone to Argos to buy my laptop. You have lost a sale and any future custom from my family. V poor.

The scratch my washing machine on delivery. Promised to give money back but never done it. I've tried to contact Curry's through the costumer service line but the connection is always transferred to Samsung customer services which has nothing to do with the poor delivery from Curry's. Can you guys enter in contact with me?

I was supposedly going to have a item delivered today but it was never going to arrive as It was never on the van. cut a long story short I attended the store after receiving a load of twat from head office and then the store themselfs. I was in the store for a hour and 5 other people called the store about there items not turning up,and every one of them was given the same bullshit I had just listened to.

when I challenged the lady at the desk she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away with a grin on her face.

But on the flip side we neede a new Tv but definitely didn't buy It at currys

I reserved a ram stick yesterday, went to pick it up today, they'd picked the wrong stick and then proceeded to say the other one had been stolen and nothing they could do. Awful service from a supposed PC specialist shop. Maplin is so much better

Dreadful customer service. Went there today to collect laptop purchased yesterday lunchtime, which apparently was going to take a couple of hours to have the back-up installation etc completed. Laptop wasn't ready and the staff member who told me this couldn't even give a definite time when it would be. Worst of all, during this conversation he didn't apologise once - a fact I pointed out to him!! Hopefully it'll be ready tomorrow. Appalling service - avoid it. I wish I'd gone to John Lewis instead.

Don't believe their returns policy. Bought an iPad, it was opened in the store to check it was OK. Took it back a week later unused and they refused to change or refund as the seal had been broken. Buyer beware. Go to Hughes, much better service and more reliable.
