I'm Dario, I come from Italy and I share my experience in personal training. Sporting and agonist experience from more than 10 years. When I was young I practiced Soccer and Swim. After that I got interested into the Fitness world and the Weight room, I've perfected my sports training by practicing martial arts, MMA, Kick Boxe, in the specialty Sanda (chinese-boxe) and Wushu wing chun (kung fu). After this I've reached the CrossFit world and Functional training. I've collecte...d good experiences in high intensity work out, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, calisthenics, kettlebell training. Through study and passion I'm improving myself in this fitness and health journey, taking care of our body.
