I have recently ordered 2 teddies from here, a unicorn and a lion. They were personalised to my requirements as page Boy and flowergirl gifts that Hayley had not really done before. She was super from start to finish. She sent proofs of how they'd look before even making them, pictures of them once completed and messages to say she'd posted them and when they should arrive. They are so much bigger and softer than most teddies people are selling these day and I'm so happy I ordered from Hayley at desirable prints. I would 100% reccomend her to my friends and family. Great service received for purchasing some of my easter gifts.I was advised that certain coloured stock wasnt avaliable until a certain day but was contacted earlier than planned with pictures of a completed order.Part of my order arrived damaged and was kindly re issued with another.Great value.Highly recommended.
