We visited here today with me niece and went in the baby sensory room.... its fantastic! We had it to our selves md loved every min...the extra toys ypu can get out add to the already brilliant room.

Overall fantastic!

User

We took our 10 week old for her first swim here today, it was lovely and warm for her. The receptionist was lovely and very friendly, even making our little girl smile.

User

We have been with our 5 year old daughter today who has autism . Even though it was really busy we had a fantastic time . I would just like to say that having the changing bed in the disabled changing room makes life so much easier so thankyou dimensions. Also the lifeguards were doing a fantastic job .

User

Our last swimming lesson at Dimensions- after teaching our daughter to swim from a young age on Stanley 1-7 and Goldfish 1 were moving to the new lessons. Thank you to Kirsty for all of you help getting Olivia swimming as well as she does- youŌĆÖve done an excellent job.

User

Only been once so far for a swim, staff were lovely, both behind the reception, the life guards and the staff behind the little cafe they have! Did a swim with my nephew then had our tea at the cafe. Lovely place made even better by the lovely staff. Would definitely recommend

User

I love Dimensions and frequently visit both with my daughter and my Godson. The pool is always clean, the staff are always very helpful and friendly, as are the lifeguards. I could draw faults with a few things such as some of the locker keys have the incorrect number on the band (example, the key to locker 193 says 190 on the band), and on occasion the changing rooms have been left in a mess - but I accept these as minor things as they don't really affect my visits. My children love it there, and I enjoy my visit every time I attend. The pricing is also fantastic value for money; the lockers may cost 50p but it's hardly an issue when admission is so cheap. The soft play area is well maintained and provides lots of fun for the kids, and also if you've been swimming you get reduced entry price for it, so another bonus. The food from there is decent for the price; my daughter is a fussy eater so she pulls her face occasionally, but myself and my Godson always enjoy the food we order. The staff have also advised me to sign up for the gym at just ┬Ż22 per month as it includes access to the pool for myself and one child under 16 which makes it financially sensible for someone who attends frequently. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be returning time and time again. Keep up the great work, and a big thumbs up to all the staff and lifeguards.

User

After just 5 of the 10 swimming lessons my daughter can swim without armbands. The instructor has done fantastic with all of the class. Great work.

User

Great fun take my daughter but the lockers are a absolute joke. Costs you 50p each and every single time you want to open it. Pretty good money making scam

User

Wouldn't allow my kids who can swim go round the rapids without armbands if I thought my kids would drown I'd not allow them to do something unsafe myself I'd not go back

User

Took my daughter here for her first ever swim. The life guards were ridiculously rude towards me and my partner. Also got told we were forbidden to take any photographs of her for keep sakes. All in all really disappointed and wonŌĆÖt be coming back any time soon.

User

Love the gym here and the atmosphere and think that the staff upstairs are really helpful. Not particularly happy that as a paying member I've had to bring my son out to the car park to get changed as because aqua tots doesn't start until half 11 no one is allowed in the changing rooms until then? Clearly if it starts at half 11 by the time I've got myself and my son changed we won't be starting at half 11 will we?

User

Visited Saturday 23/6/18,Cold water, cold showers and freezing 'hot tubs' got out after 30 mins, total waste of money, should have been informed they had a problem overnight but learned since the water was significantly colder 2 days earlier so not an overnight problem, very dissapointed

User

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our visit yesterday. After only being there 30 mins we had to evacuate the pool because a male decided to lay some underwater cable. What's worse is the staff scooped it out and expected us to get straight back in. We were not even offered a refund nor apology. We did however find the lockers and changing facility's clean and easy to use.

User

The customer service and the unwillingness to create income by the staff here is shocking.

User

Ridiculous treatment of breastfeeding mothers, perhaps you should seek legal advice and change your policies.

Also I think your lifeguards could deal with some customer service training!

User

Making an example of a breastfeeding mum and upsetting her is disgusting.

You are breaking The Equality Act 2010.

Myself and my family will not be returning and I will be reporting your behaviour to all of my friends.

User

I went on Saturday with my daughter the facilities were good but the staff mainly the life guards around the pool were so rude when people were asking questions or help I saw on numerous occasions once their backs were turned they were rolling their eyes at them and pulling faces it made me feel quite uncomfortable that they were being so blatant about it.

User

Disgusted to hear a mum breast feeding was discriminated against! Look at the equality act 2010 it's illegal for you to do that. Shame on you

User

Absolutely disgusting attitude of staff to berate a breastfeeding mother in front of public. Simply shameful.
