Working full time and having kids can make it difficult fitting in exercise and gyms can be costly. I normally get bored quite quickly until I started attending boot camp with Darren. He's great at motivating and gets you pushing yourself aswell as making it enjoyable. It also help the people in the group and friendly and welcoming which makes a nice change. Love it!

We (myself and husband) have been having PT sessions with Darren once a week for 5 weeks we were both very unfit and were worried we would struggle but Darren caters for all levels of fitness and taylors the sessions especially for you. Although we still have a long way to go we are managing to do more each week and with Darren's enthusiasm I'm sure we will get there�

To say I'm not a fitness person is an understatement yet some how Darren at DM fitness has made me enjoy and look forward to exercise. I am in my 6th week and am now finally starting to see progress. Both inch loss and a person goal of mine, conquering the burpee. The people that attend make it all worth while. We sweat and laugh together and cheer each other on. Slightly apprehensive before my first ever circuits session but walked out there so chuffed (and slightly sweaty and tired). From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and time flew as was actually a lot of fun too. Highly recommend and already looking forward to next week. Also feel the ache the next day so know it did what was needed!

Darren is so supportive and offers different variations to exercises depending on your fitness level. He is easy to talk to, offers diet advice and tips on how to get where u want to be. Love Darren’s bootcamps! I’ve run for many years but have never managed to find an exercise class that held my interest until now. Varied sessions, a knowledgable trainer and lots of support and encouragement.

I have a shoulder injury and was initially concerned that bootcamp wouldn’t be accessible but Darren never forgets to adapt an exercise if necessary. Bootcamp (and the mobility session I attended) has really helped improve my running and four months in there’s no sign of me getting bored, only enjoying the sessions more as I feel myself getting stronger and fitter. I started Darren’s bootcamps over 4 months ago and despite the frosty weather I’m still hooked! However small or large the group the sessions are varied and cater to all abilities. If you’ve got an injury however small Darren remembers and offers guidance and alternative exercises. I’d highly recommend the bootcamps for anyone looking to improve their fitness whatever your previous experience.

I never thought I would see the day I get excited to get up early on a Saturday morning to exercise!! The classes are fun, challenging and everyone is very friendly. Darren is a great teacher and each session is different and he provides alternative exercises if needed. We all motivate each other and I am happily exhausted at the end. I joined DM Fitness in May this year and attend the Brampton session twice a week. The group has a friendly atmosphere and Darren is an excellent trainer, catering for all fitness levels, always motivating and encouraging us to give it 'our all'! Darren takes a lot time to get to know each of us and is always willing to spend his free time giving us advice and support.

You couldn't ask for a better service, especially as his prices are way below all his competitors.

I was worried to start that I might not be good enough but everyone was very welcoming. Darren gives massive support and pushes to get the best out of you without putting you in the spot light - he knows your abilities and makes sure you work to the best of them! I can honestly say I look forward to each and every session - even in the rain! Keep up the good work Darren!

I was never interested in exercise as I thought I would never be able to keep up. With the help of DM Fitness I have regained confidence, feel better in myself, and have more energy. I started Darren’s bootcamps over 4 months ago and despite the frosty weather I’m still hooked! However small or large the group the sessions are varied and cater to all abilities. If you’ve got an injury however small Darren remembers and offers guidance and alternative exercises. I’d highly recommend the bootcamps for anyone looking to improve their fitness whatever your previous experience.

I never thought I would see the day I get excited to get up early on a Saturday morning to exercise!! The classes are fun, challenging and everyone is very friendly. Darren is a great teacher and each session is different and he provides alternative exercises if needed. We all motivate each other and I am happily exhausted at the end. Would definitely recommend!!

I joined DM Fitness in May this year and attend the Brampton session twice a week. The group has a friendly atmosphere and Darren is an excellent trainer, catering for all fitness levels, always motivating and encouraging us to give it 'our all'! The boot camp has helped me to increase both my fitness and strength, and do exercises that I have been unable to achieve or my own or at the gym. I highly recommend DM Fitness.

I have kept fit at the gym and have run for many years but I seemed to plateau in my training, Darren did a training program for me which took me out of my comfort zone and I rapidly saw and felt a difference in my fitness for the positive. I have also attended his boot camps which I thoroughly recommend as each one was different and certainly hard work. I have been going to the Sunday class at st neots I have to say I have really enjoyed it.Darren's a good instructor and the people have been friendly . You can work to your own level and it feels inclusive.Its a great way to kick start the week

I hate exercise but I'm now doing 3 of Darren's sessions a week, so that speaks for itself!

Darren takes a lot time to get to know each of us and is always willing to spend his free time giving us advice and support.

You couldn't ask for a better service, especially as his prices are way below all his competitors.

Amazing fitness trainer, helps your personal health and wellbeing a lot, DM fitness is an amazing fitness programme, consisting of many different activities. I am growing confidence and challenging myself each week in my personal fitness. I would recommend DM Fitness.
