I would like to thank both Simon and Paul for looking after me and Eleanore (My new FE). I cannot speak highly enough of the guys at Ducati Stoke. Simon has worked so hard selling my last Panigale and getting me a great deal on my new FE. I live in Scotland and use Stoke because my parents live near by. Paul has gone out of his way a number of times staying open late waiting for my arrival and opening Sunday morning for me to collect my bike. Going out of his way to help with my journey time back home. The service is amazing. I have never had any issues with the service team. They are the only people I now trust to work on my bikes. If they repaired iPhones I would use them for that also. If you want a Ducati, great service and great people then visit Ducati Stoke. (Paul can I collect my FE now ���)

I had one or two problems with delays to receiving the warranty card, ever red confirmation & the Datatag registration, but these are all now being sorted. Simon did me a good deal on the new bike & everything with regards to the px of my old XDS & collection of the new bike went very smoothly.

Simon has worked very hard for me in selling my old bike in super fast time, then finding me the very last Panigale R to be imported to the uk this year (2017).

Wayne has done an excellent job PDI in double quick time,While Paul has done an excellent job sorting out all the bits and even got the Datatag register for me before I collected the bike today.

The small but very good team all have played an excellent role in the smooth operation of possibly the best Ducati dealership in the country today!

So at the end I promised myself to find the time to review the bad experience I had with dmc Stoke-on-Trent and Ducati Manchester ... In March last year I bought a red Ducati Hyperstrada 821 of 2013 beautiful with only a small scratch on the exhaust , for the rest everything seemed perfect so I trust the "seller" and bring from Stoke-on-Trent to London my first Ducati.

From here I began to realize that something is wrong and the main problem is in the shock absorber so I call the dealership and they come up to London and take the bike solving two other minor problems leaving the real problem unsolved ...

The workshop's response is: "everything is ok we did the shock absorber service and for us it works great" �

the only thing I receive in return is a "we ordered some pieces that are not available at Ducati we are waiting" Following months of phone calls and e-mails ,until I address the Ducati of Croydon here in London which gives me an explanation of the problem: the rear shock absorber having been shortened incorrectly does not have enough space to work well at every imperfection of the road seems to touch the ground, a disaster ....

So I call Stoke on Trent and put them "in line with the situation" and at the end they agree to pay only the labour for the replacement of the shock absorber that I was forced to buy as they wouldn’t supply , but the previous job was done so badly that the pins that held the shock were now rusty not having been greased before being screwed on and then the cost of the substitution raised up the 300£ that they were thinking to pay....

The moral of the story is that I had to buy a £ 150 shock and pay the £ 540 labour for a bike that was still under warranty....

I believe this is not professional behaviour at all as I am still under 290£ today as they send me a check of 300£.

Very bad.





Allora alla fine mi sono ripromesso di trovare il tempo di recensire la pessima esperienza che ho avuto con dmc stoke e Ducati Manchester... A Marzo dell’anno scorso ho acquistato una Ducati Hyperstrada 821 del 2013 bellissima con solo un piccolo graffio sulla marmitta, per il resto sembrava tutto perfetto quindi mi fido del “venditore” e porto da Stoke on Trent a Londra la mia prima Ducati

Da qui inizio a rendermi conto che c’è qualcosa che non va e il problema principale è proprio nell’ammortizzatore così chiamo la concessionaria e loro vengono fino a Londra e prendono la moto risolvendo altri due problemi secondari lasciando il vero problema irrisolto....

La risposta dell’officina è :”tutto ok abbiamo fatto il service all’ammortizzatore per noi funziona benissimo”�

Seguono mesi di telefonate e email l’unica cosa che ricevo in cambio è un “abbiamo ordinato dei pezzi che ora non sono disponibili alla Ducati” fino a che mi rivolgo alla Ducati di Croydon che mi da la spiegazione al problema : L’ammortizzatore posteriore essendo stato accorciato in modo non corretto non ha abbastanza spazio per lavorare bene ad ogni imperfezione della strada sembra di toccare per terra ,un disastro....

Quindi richiamo Stoke on Trent e li metto “al corrente della situazione” e loro accettano di pagare solo la manodopera per la sostituzione dell’ammortizzatore che io sono stato costretto a comprare, ma il precedente lavoro era stato fatto così male che i perni che tenevano l’ammortizzatore erano ormai arrugginiti non essendo stati ingrassati prima di essere avvitati e quindi hanno dovuto trapanarli per toglierli....

La morale della favola è che io ho dovuto comprare un’ammortizzatore 150£ e pagare l’officina 540£ per una moto che era sempre in garanzia e alla fine essere rimborsato solo di 300£....

Io credo che non sia affatto un comportamento professionale e a tutt’oggi io sono ancora sotto di 290£.

Terrible service. Placed a small order only worth £60. Had to chase it up for over 6 weeks before I got so pi55ed I cancelled the order. Even then I had to chase for a further 2 weeks before I got my refund. Waste of phone calls, emails and time. Ended up going to their competitor Ducati dealer who got me my parts in 1 week. I've bought three top of the range bikes in my time from new. Put it this way, I won't be considering these guys when I get my next based upon this experience.

the only thing I receive in return is a "we ordered some pieces that are not available at Ducati we are waiting" Following months of phone calls and e-mails ,until I address the Ducati of Croydon here in London which gives me an explanation of the problem: the rear shock absorber having been shortened incorrectly does not have enough space to work well at every imperfection of the road seems to touch the ground, a disaster ....

So I call Stoke on Trent and put them "in line with the situation" and at the end they agree to pay only the labour for the replacement of the shock absorber that I was forced to buy as they wouldn’t supply , but the previous job was done so badly that the pins that held the shock were now rusty not having been greased before being screwed on and then the cost of the substitution raised up the 300£ that they were thinking to pay....

The moral of the story is that I had to buy a £ 150 shock and pay the £ 540 labour for a bike that was still under warranty....

I believe this is not professional behaviour at all as I am still under 290£ today as they send me a check of 300£.

A Marzo dell’anno scorso ho acquistato una Ducati Hyperstrada 821 del 2013 bellissima con solo un piccolo graffio sulla marmitta, per il resto sembrava tutto perfetto quindi mi fido del “venditore” e porto da Stoke on Trent a Londra la mia prima Ducati

Da qui inizio a rendermi conto che c’è qualcosa che non va e il problema principale è proprio nell’ammortizzatore così chiamo la concessionaria e loro vengono fino a Londra e prendono la moto risolvendo altri due problemi secondari lasciando il vero problema irrisolto....

La risposta dell’officina è :”tutto ok abbiamo fatto il service all’ammortizzatore per noi funziona benissimo”�

Seguono mesi di telefonate e email l’unica cosa che ricevo in cambio è un “abbiamo ordinato dei pezzi che ora non sono disponibili alla Ducati” fino a che mi rivolgo alla Ducati di Croydon che mi da la spiegazione al problema : L’ammortizzatore posteriore essendo stato accorciato in modo non corretto non ha abbastanza spazio per lavorare bene ad ogni imperfezione della strada sembra di toccare per terra ,un disastro....

Quindi richiamo Stoke on Trent e li metto “al corrente della situazione” e loro accettano di pagare solo la manodopera per la sostituzione dell’ammortizzatore che io sono stato costretto a comprare, ma il precedente lavoro era stato fatto così male che i perni che tenevano l’ammortizzatore erano ormai arrugginiti non essendo stati ingrassati prima di essere avvitati e quindi hanno dovuto trapanarli per toglierli....

La morale della favola è che io ho dovuto comprare un’ammortizzatore 150£ e pagare l’officina 540£ per una moto che era sempre in garanzia e alla fine essere rimborsato solo di 300£....

Io credo che non sia affatto un comportamento professionale e a tutt’oggi io sono ancora sotto di 290£.

Terrible service. Placed a small order only worth £60. Had to chase it up for over 6 weeks before I got so pi55ed I cancelled the order. Even then I had to chase for a further 2 weeks before I got my refund. Waste of phone calls, emails and time. Ended up going to their competitor Ducati dealer who got me my parts in 1 week. I've bought three top of the range bikes in my time from new. Put it this way, I won't be considering these guys when I get my next based upon this experience.

I would like to thank both Simon and Paul for looking after me and Eleanore (My new FE). I cannot speak highly enough of the guys at Ducati Stoke. Simon has worked so hard selling my last Panigale and getting me a great deal on my new FE. I live in Scotland and use Stoke because my parents live near by. Paul has gone out of his way a number of times staying open late waiting for my arrival and opening Sunday morning for me to collect my bike. Going out of his way to help with my journey time back home. The service is amazing. I have never had any issues with the service team. They are the only people I now trust to work on my bikes. If they repaired iPhones I would use them for that also. If you want a Ducati, great service and great people then visit Ducati Stoke. (Paul can I collect my FE now ���)

I had one or two problems with delays to receiving the warranty card, ever red confirmation & the Datatag registration, but these are all now being sorted. Simon did me a good deal on the new bike & everything with regards to the px of my old XDS & collection of the new bike went very smoothly.

Excellent service keen friendly staff, whom all say hello when ever i call in for a free coffee.

Simon has worked very hard for me in selling my old bike in super fast time, then finding me the very last Panigale R to be imported to the uk this year (2017).

Wayne has done an excellent job PDI in double quick time,While Paul has done an excellent job sorting out all the bits and even got the Datatag register for me before I collected the bike today.

The small but very good team all have played an excellent role in the smooth operation of possibly the best Ducati dealership in the country today!

So at the end I promised myself to find the time to review the bad experience I had with dmc Stoke-on-Trent and Ducati Manchester ... In March last year I bought a red Ducati Hyperstrada 821 of 2013 beautiful with only a small scratch on the exhaust , for the rest everything seemed perfect so I trust the "seller" and bring from Stoke-on-Trent to London my first Ducati.
