... This house fell through twice and we got an amazing price only through our relationship with one of our estate agents. We managed to get legal documents and policy to cover the issue with the title deed only though our solicitor and advice. And then our relationship with our finance broker to get a bridging product almost on market value not purchase price that gives us 6 months to renovate and sell.
Thanks to all involved and looking forward to a 4 week refurbishment and getting it on the market ASAP !
