Quick kitchen refurb Monday even stripped all the old kitchen out as my chippy hurt his back 3 hours of my time for free! But this guy gets me alot of work for corby howdens👌 this one was a quick turn around to get this first fixed in 4 hours 😁 including a new kit hen ring supply as all house was on one socket circuit!

**Pub refurb** start of a new local pub refurb and house share above for DES, love doing these fitouts commercial work more satisfying than domestic👌 firstly strip out and sort consumer unit out seperating off house electrics to pub as all on one distribution board. More to come from this, also have leads to a possible another bar fitout in market harborough👌

Nice little earner today changing mostly all lights in house to built in integrated fancy led lights change few swites and adjust bathroom lights to switch individually from outside!👌

**WINTER DARKNESS** Its that time of year again where we leave for work in the dark and come home in the dark, and also experts show is when 10x more robberies take place.
If you come home to pure darkness like this customer did using phone light to get in the house then something needs doing, they asked I desiged and quoted for lights, they was amazed at outcome I literally lighted there whole house up, pathways, steps and the tree and completed at a very good price and tim...e.
Also security lighting is a big help just to scare burglars away and also helps alot more with the infrared cameras, gives an even better picture with a camera system fitted.

Few jobs yesterday and today, yesterday adding in x2 special greenhouse airflow/heaters both ends of greenhouse as was having problems with mold on pots and inside the pots, so I gave an idea of an airflow system to get air flowing hopefully eliminating the condensation on inside windows and the mold. Also adding in new outdoor sockets buried in gravel, fancy light and a feed to water feature. Go back to Oxford in 2 weeks see if helps👍
Today added in some new garden post led lights outside wired to a timer and a new fancy bathroom light which I love!

DES's first commercial electrical fit out all designed, planned, directed, by myself and basically completed in 18 days, also putting an infrastructure system in so all trades needed could use and make there work quicker and easier. This was a very enjoyable but stressful job as was alot to ask due to the amount of extras and time scale. But before and after pictures make it sound better too 👍

**FULL COMMERCIAL FIT OUT** ALL done BY SHANE AT DES, more pictures will follow of start to finish but from what I original quoted to do changed 10 times as much and lead to a massive variety of electrical and mechanical installations involved, bit of designing and planning, hard graft, team work and most of all I am happy and customers are with the end product and timing to complete 👌👌

**LIGHTING JOB** Got the job of being able to design and install this lounge job working with my carpenter for brilliant end result, wired x20 led fire rated downlights around a boxing in feature all around perimeters of lounge and x2 feature lights 2 way switched to back door and disconnecting old lighting and wiring new lighting circuit.
Also rewiring lounge for 10 new sockets wiring into the old ring sockets continuing ring through and adding a USB socket for alexa.
In ...total a max of 8 hours on electrics from first fix to second and to be honest if I could do this in my house I would looks amazing and 10x better in person.

**CALLOUT**
So yesterday one of my good commercial customers now, needed a 3b IPAF licence driver and someone to take these massive signes down as got let down by a driver, I had 2 hours to get these down before gang from london come to install new, I left my job and got them all down within 1hr 20mins, the 2nd sign out back was 5mtrs by 3mtrs boarded on plywood base and frame and all had to come down, VERY HEAVY AT HEIGHT! and not electrical job but nothing I cant tackle. DES is always willing to have ago and do anything if I can to keep customers happy and earn some cash 👍

Another kitchen job complete in with the carters team, another happy customer over the moon with end product and transformation, a basic electric installation and means of isolation in cupboards, new led downlights and induction hob feed
