E22 Description

E22 was started in 2011 by Nate George, AKA Editor22.

The goal was simple, to provide a service to computer enthusiasts who required bespoke designs and parts for their builds.

Since opening for business I have designed and crafted numerous parts for various clients all over the globe not solely based in the computer sector.

The E22 store was opened late 2012 stocking a few choice designs from across the range.

Thank you everyone for your patience while we have had some technical issue over the last 10 days. Issues are now resolved, we are now able to access orders and all have been packed ready for dispatch Monday morning. We are back online to answer messages and emails. Thanks again for the support E22 guys & girls.

After being closed for a few weeks for our wedding and honeymoon E22 is back open.
We are going through emails and replying as much as possible today and prioritising getting orders dispatched. Thanks for everyone's patience and support during our break. 👍

Nate and myself (Victoria) would like to thank our E22 family for the well wishes on our recent wedding. We are currently on honeymoon.

Made my third order with them a couple of days ago. The website is really well made and easy to navigate. I always find the items I'm looking for and there's always plenty of stock. Shipping is fast and support is great. Asked Victoria a couple of questions via email and she always answred if not the same day the next day. Really happy and a great experience. I'll shop from them again in the future.

I had a problem (loss of parcel post).

A second mailing was done free of charge and received a week in France.

I recommend E22.

Are a UK supplier of otherwise hard to find items

Packaging had ripped (was covered in a Royal Mail "sorry about the state of this delivery" bag due to the snippers ripping the packaging apart in transit

No communication about delays

No response using website contact form

Ordered january 2nd, still "processing" and no answer to my mail 7 days ago. Also the german resellers have only less products in stock. Seems that they have serious problems with their production or something else. Sadly they don't communicate with their customers.

I will give feedback if my order changes in future. If nothing will happen till the end of january I will cancel my order.

placed my order on Tuesday 18.04.17, as i write this review its the 25.04.17 so its been 1 week since i placed my order and payed.



i have not revived a dispatch email or anything and im still waiting for my items.



ive emailed them Twice, sent a message via facebook & messaged Nate George on Twitter /e22nate



but no reply.



UPDATE.. 29.4.17



on the 27.4.17 i opened a paypal claim as i had still not had my item and no reply from any of my emails or facebook messages. Later the same day Victoria Kirk from E22 emailed me saying..





""I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you.



Our cable comb machine is currently broken which has had a minor disruption to the service.



Your order has been packed and was dispatched today. I will be able to provide you with a tracking number in the morning once we receive our paperwork back form the dispatch centre.""





well I never did get a tracking number !



today is saturday 29.4.17 And my item just turned up, no tracking number, no dispatch notice,Nothing...



Looking at the stamp date from when it was posted, it was only posted yesterday !!

strange that i only get my item after opening a paypal case for a refund.



im glad i have my order but their business practices when communicating and customer service is very poor.

Well what can i say, other than i would never order from this company ever again. I placed an order with them on the 1/10/17 #6894 it has been paid in full and the order still says processing 2 weeks later the date is now 13/10/17.



I have sent several emails and messages on Facebook to try and find out what is taking so long, and still had no reply.

I am now in the process of trying to cancel the order and get a refund, but given the lack of communication i feel it will never happen and i will be forced to seek a refund through paypal or my credit card company.



In short:

Would i recommend this company = No

Terrible service and no communication.

Placed a rather large order on 15/09/2017 fully paid and the order is on this day )(11/10/2017) still in picking! I've send multiple messages but I rarely get a reply. I've had one reply in September from Victoria telling me that they are behind on their orders. Since then all new messages get an auto reply and no further information.

If I don't get a responds soon, I will redraw my order. Just terrible! It has almost been a month and I have nothing, just a message "Order #6858 was placed on 15/09/2017 and is currently Picking order."



In short: Good products, terrible service.

Ordered 01/12/17. Now, two weeks later, still no delivery. Status is still in process, sent some mails, no replies yet. Getting ready to do a PayPal magic refund trick.



EDIT: Order changed to 'on hold'. Opened up a case @ PayPal. If there are difficulties, take action and talk to your customers. This is what you get when you don't communicate.



EDIT2: Still no sign of life. 28/12/17. Escalated on PayPal, to respond before 02/01/18. We''ll see.

Made a order over 2 weeks ago order still shows as packing order and hasn't been sent. Sent them several emails but I haven't received a reply, if I don't receive a update I will request a refund from paypal.

Its been 2 weeks since I placed my order paid in full and when I try to track my order it still says processing order how is this any way to run a business. I make custom cables and am waiting for connectors for an order - my customer is not happy and I am not happy. I rely on good feedback to get my business up and running which I am not going to get with this order. I have tried contacting E22 but to no avail they could not even be bothered to answer my email



Will I use this "company" again - NO
