Earth & Soul began at the start of 2017 with just a girl and an idea. Roxy started the business from her love of cooking, passion for cruelty free living and desire to own her own business after working in marketing, design and retail prior to this venture. She wanted to share her plant based creations with the world and also provide a completely vegan, affordable and delicious food option in Brighton, her hometown. Showing the world that vegan food is varied and delicious and affordable.

We cater for private and public events, festivals and more. Our street food menu is seasonal and we like to try our hand at most dishes because we simply LOVE VEGAN FOOD <3 our street food stalls tend to focus on grab & go food for convenience, yet its all fresh, healthy and honest food. We often serve wraps, burgers, quesadillas, salad boxes, soup and baked goods, but we make a lot more than that for our events catering such as party spreads, sandwich platters and also products like our homemade mayo and cashew cheeze spreads.
