Went last night for my 30th birthday, 13 of us, it was brilliant! Food and drink was perfect the the staff are fantastic! Highly recommend it to anyone!!

Well what can I say. ECD hosted by birthday bash last night and it was perfect in every way. Lex and his team were excellent. The food was loved by all and the whole night just made me feel really special. VIP really. Highly recommend it for any special event in a fun and funky environment. Thanks so much ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Literally just got out of this place. We haven't popped to Woodbridge too often before but we'll definitely be stopping in here when we do again. Really nice quirky looking place, a chilled and attentive waitress who looked after us perfectly and the food was spot on! We're stuffed! Well worth the reasonable price for all that we had. Would recommend and will definitely be back again!

Nice ambience as it's been a while since I've been in. Good music selection and like the decor. Nachos are superb, and my chicken burger tasted very nice. Recommendations on a few changes provided to staff at the time, who were friendly and attentive. Keep up the good work.

I've been to the East Coast Diner a few times now but have to say I wasn't impressed on our last visit. Not sure why the nice high tables and stools were removed to be replaced by a table tennis table to sit round (odd)! Our food was ok, but came out incredibly quickly so presume was pinged in the microwave although my quorn sausages were cold and had a random cold piece of garlic bread speared to it. To finish off we ordered tea and coffee for it to be served in hi-ball glasses. Impossible to pick up without receiving 3rd degree burns and quite random. I was told it's how they drink tea in Russia! Not sure I'll rush back. Probably OK if your 16 but wouldn't recommend for a family meal. Sorry!!

I had a burger with pulled pork in a brioche bun which was quite tasty, except the lettuce seemed well past its best, I think it cost about ┬Ż8 or ┬Ż9, then had to pay an extra ┬Ż3 for a small bowl of chips. The biggest rip off however was the cocktail. I asked for a cocktail with malibu in it, which they made especially for me. Came in a basic tumbler with 2 black straws, no further decoration, 1 shot of spirit and some flavoured fruit juice, cost ┬Ż8! Total rip off. I was extremely disappointed as had been wanting to eat here for sometime. I won't be returning unfortunately :(.

Toilet out of order. The menu was handed to us which was just old bits of tatty paper sellotaped onto a piece of an old beer box. Menu was very limited and a ŌĆśHelp for HeroesŌĆÖ charity burger at almost ┬Ż17.00 with only a 50p donation to the charity...poor. Waiter brought a bottle of water, never asked if we wanted any other drinks etc. Not a good feeling at all so we left. Will not be returning.

Usually pretty impressed but due to argueing with 3 staff about their mistakes, I won't be returning ’┐Į’┐Į Firstly the girl who served her forgot what we ordered and came out with 4 full sized burgers rather then 4 children's burgers. (Only after a small lunch) They then took them into the kitchen and cut them in half and served them very untidily in mini buns with about 8 chips alongside. The burgers now cold at this point. We then asked to have proper round mini burgers and it took 3 staff to argue with us that this is how they came! Yet little did they know I ate there a week before and had a mini cheeseburger which was infact round and a mini cheeseburger not a full sized burger cut in half!



Almost 40 minutes later out come some perfect round mini cheeseburgers finally!



Then they served the child from the couple beside us one of our cold halved burgers( probably reheated) so she's probably poorly today ’┐Į



Not acceptable, and shouldn't have been an argument - Customer was right on this occasion! ’┐Į
