Eastern Rivers Community Gym is open to all abilities from 16 years old.

Eastern Rivers Community Gym is a very friendly and affordable gym based at the Jubilee Hall in Loddon.
It is open to adults of all abilities from the age of 16 years.

The gym is run by a fully-qualified Level 3 Instructor who can design a training programme to suit your individual goals and needs.

There is a wide range of equipment available to use including treadmills, rowers, cross trainer, upright and recumbent bikes and a selection of weights.
