This delightful seaside village boasts pale sandy beaches and miles of sand dunes, making Winterton on Sea a great location for a quiet and traditional family beach holiday. The dunes form part of Winterton Dunes Nature Reserve with an abundance of foot paths it's a great place to wander and observe wildlife, perfect for bird-watchers and also home to the rare Natterjack toad. The recently restored Winterton church tower is the 3rd highest in Norfolk and is open to the public on various weekends over the summer.

Just a short drive and you will find yourselves in the middle of the famous Norfolk Broads, why not hire a day boat to really explore these outstanding water-ways, or maybe indulge in a bit of riverside fishing.
