Decided to give everyone who shared a free 3 card reading. Will start sending at 7pm xxx

I have been getting a lot of messages lately about what I do.
What is typical session like with Elizabeth Bannerman?
No two sessions are alike.... A session can last from 90 mins to 120+ mins We have a chat about what you would like from your session and then 40/60 mins of Reiki. I use crystals, incense and a pendulum if guided while giving Reiki. I get messages,feelings,images,songs all sorts from your guides and mine.
After your session I will tell you what I saw, felt, heard and tell you of any guides that joined us. Sometimes the words I say come stright from them. Then I will ask you what you got/felt from your session. I will then give you a card reading sometimes from more than 1 deck. I give a bit of life coaching and some inights on how to help manage a situation that may come up while we were chatting. I speak about meditation and sometimes will take you through a meditaion if guided.
I also get asked how often should I come for a session?
There is no real answer to this. Some people I never see again and some feel the need to come every 1, 2 or 3 months Some come for the relaxation and chat element. Some the card reading element. Sometimes it is just knowing there is someone out there willing to give up their time to listen to you. Some come after a difficult situation or before a situation they may find difficult going into. Some liken it to getting their hair or nails done. Something nice just for them. Ideally I'd like to never see you again(no offence). I love getting messages about how I helped in some small way.
