Advance notice of Surgery Closure on 23rd January from 1 pm - 6:30 pm at Elmham, Swanton Morley & Toftwood Medical Centre. Telephone calls will be redirected to the Out of Hours service. Please rest assured a duty GP is on call for medical emergencies. Please collect any repeat prescriptions before 1 pm. Thank you.

During the Christmas period we are only closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
We are open as normal either side of these days, except for Swanton Morley Surgery who will close at 2pm on Christmas Eve. Please ensure you collect your prescriptions in time.

We have recently learnt that our Community Car Scheme in Swanton Morley has had to close as they only had one driver.
The car drivers are willing volunteers who offer an invaluable service often going above and beyond expectations of the role. Our patients rely on them to bring them to the surgery or take them to hospital appointments. Without this service patients suffer and access to health services is reduced.
If you think you can help at Swanton Morley please get in touch... with the Parish Council - if you would like to join a scheme in your village, please speak to your Parish Clerk. You local village needs your help - thank you

TELEPHONE TRIAGE UPDATE: From 15th July 2019 the doctors will no longer offer a triage call back service. We have evaluated the service and think that many issues can be dealt with by our trained support staff. From 15th July 2019 our receptionists will ask you questions that will help them direct you to the most appropriate clinician. Please help us by sharing information with them when they ask you questions - they are receiving guidance from the Partners and our Lead Nurse.
