My name is Jessica and I am a qualified counsellor. Seeking help when we encounter one of life's obstacles can be a difficult but rewarding step in overcoming adversity. I offer a private service of non-judgemental and client led therapy where you are encouraged to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
