Just taken part in first two drop in sessions this week.Was worried it wouldn't be very new person friendly but everyone has been really friendly and a really good work out !

If anyone is overweight or unfit and is looking for a place to help you get in better shape. The club itself is friendly and helpful and the coach is fantastic, who understands your capabilities and push you when you need it, he's done a great job with me.

Great place to train, and a solid workout every evening! Highly recommend going here.

Great coach and great bunch of people, a great way to spend an evening after a day in the office.

Been coming here now for few weeks. Dave (trainer) is really good in tailoring the boxing to your needs and supporting you to "push on", he will go out of his way to help all who trains there. The people who attend the club are really friendly and helpful which makes the club welcoming, particularly when you're a newbie with no experience-like me! Everyone works hard together, good workout and a decent price :)
