So today's lesson is, if you have a performance car especially one running 700 bhp don't use stupid stretch tyres

Mk2 Golf in for mapping today fitted with our Emerald K6 ECU
Making good numbers 370 bhp from the AET K04 hybrid turbo kit supplied by badger 5

69 Nova fitted with a 5.3 LM7 and a nice big turbo running our Emerald K6+ Engine managment

We had an issue with a injector but big thanks to Craig at DynoTorque for helping us out with a new set , the car is now on its way to Brandshatch for a weekend of racing

Today's mapping Job Ford Cortina fitted with a Honda S2000 engine and a HSK SC making 345 bhp

Mark Brown owner of 1st start garage Subaru drift car nearing completion and ready for mapping soon
What's every ones BHP guess 4.4 LTR V8 with a massive turbo

BMW E46 Turbo making full use of OBD break out on the Emerald K6 ECU

Audi S3 in to finish off setting up boost control and a bit of mapping but couldn't get boost under control 2.2 Bar dropping back to 1.9 was our minimum boost but making 499 bhp

Bmw E36 in today for mapping fitted with a BMW S54 Vanos delete and cams 're timed a trick exhaust and carbon air box
375 bhp 271 lbft

Little 106 Turbo in today for mapping built by PUG1OFF running 345 bhp and 290 LBFT of torque

Also in today was Rae with his Mk3 golf 24V VR6 to be fully finished making 700 bhp at 26 psi

Heat and souls R30 in today still running plastic inlet manifold and stock pistons and rods engine built up by Richard at TWR
500 bhp and 525 NM at 1.2 Bar

We recently had Tim from Iceni Motorcycles here at Emerald with his TL1000
Tim was looking to develop his bike to suit his riding style by making changes to the engine and inlet track.

i lost count years ago how many different cars these guys have mapped for me (or ecus i have bought) , always a great job, and they always take care, unlike with some other rolling road operators. i dont feel the need to actually watch these guys as a i know they arent going to damage either my or my customers cars or engines

Within minutes of messaging all my questions was answered, finally have an answer to all my problems and an ecu that can do exactly what I want it to! very polite service and a great help, highly recommended!

Very obliging and ticked all the boxes. I now have three maps via a rotary switch. I'd use Emerald again in a heartbeat!

Picked up a second hand M3DK, Emerald M3D been extremely helpful. Running my 9A 16v VW Scirocco. Cheers from Texas.

K6 Runs my Zetec on the Zero (Richard's GBS Zero) for the past four years without a hiccup. 40 metres below sea level (channel tunnel) to ~2,757 above (Stelvio pass), and 20k+ miles.

Simple and open enough for an amateur to have a tinker with too!

Just got down to Dover, non stop drive and car is running like dream, really smooth and responsive.

Great mapping service. Cheers John, great job.

I've been dealing with the guys at Emerald over the last 12 months since I bought their K6 ECU. I finally got the car to their shop to get it on the rollers. Really worth the long drive, John mapped the car and he really knows his stuff. Excellent customer service all round. Including the light banter when I was very nervous about the power runs.

I have a md3k that was bought 2nd hand, I contacted emerald for advice. Not only were they rapid to respond they sent a base map and offered to tweak the map remotely. I have never received such good customer service. First class boys, keep it up.

I hate electrics but followed the excellent instructions for my K6 ECU on my rather unusual project a Essex V4 in a Corsair with Webcon Retroject and it fired up first turn, frightened me to death! Hopefully see you soon for rolling road

I had John Lamsley set up my Defender 90 1UZFE. What a massive difference he made to it. Fantastic and highly recommended Company. Cheers John for your excellent work.

Always happy to answer any questions i had really built my confidence with your can do attitude and that you where willing to work late to help a guy realise his 8year dream of seeing his project car running.

Big shout-out to Emerald M3D in the UK for my Emerald k-6 ECU now I can finally set up launch control and a lot more features and the car should be tuned on Saturday let's go boost weather. Big shout out to my buddy John from England that's going to tune the car. #jonotuned
