Alysema Beauty has Moved!
Due to a significant increase in Bridal bookings which take me up and down the country working on location, I have made the decision to no longer work from my Studio In Kempston, Bedford!
Moving forward I will be focusing on;
... ŌĆóBrides their bridal parties and wedding guests. I will continue to offer a select range of pre-wedding beauty treatments as part of the bespoke bridal packages.
ŌĆóConsultation Appointments and trial appointments will be scheduled at the time of booking.
ŌĆóHair styling & make up services for corporate events, parties and special occasions will continue as normal and will take place at the location/venue/hotel where you plan to get ready.
ŌĆóMaster classes, workshops and lessons will still go ahead as planned and will be held at various different venues in different locations.
ŌĆóHuge thank you to my loyal clients who have previously been informed of the change. Your understanding, support and encouragement has been greatly appreciated.

What can I say, Emma made me feel and look like the most beautiful person in the world on my wedding day! I felt at ease from the moment meeting Emma at my trial, she made me feel amazing!! On my wedding day the atmosphere was relaxed for most parts and both Emma and Megan added to that, all my bridal party and there was a lot of us - said just how great they felt and they all looked beautiful ­¤ÆĢ I really canŌĆÖt thank Emma and Megan enough, for a girl who doesnŌĆÖt really do hair and make up it was the best experience from start to finish! Im not usually one for spray tans as i have had bad experiences before. However i wanted a glow for my birthday so decided to give it a go. Emma listened to what i wanted and took time discussing shades etc with me. She made me feel at ease when i was standing naked in the spray tent which again i was nervous about. I am so pleased with the final result it is just what i wanted. Thanks Emma i will certainly be back and will be trying other treatments in your lovely studio. X

I was the winner of the Christmas competition and have to say even after a week and a half I'm still feeling the benefit of the wonderful hot stone massage jo have me. Emma treated me to a warm pedicure with some lovely brown/gold nail polish which is still in tac (nail polish normally only lasts a few days when I do it). I was lucky enough to have Emma do my wedding make up and what a find she was! Never having had my make up done before and wanting a particular natural yet glamourous look she excelled what I could imagine I would look like! The make up was beautifully applicated and I truly felt amazing for the entire day!!! She really knows her stuff and will always ask my opinion and provide many alternative options for lips eyes cheeks and so on! I was lucky enough to book Emma to do my wedding make up and make up for my mum and bridesmaids earlier this month. Before my make up trial I had never had my make up done professionally before and I couldnŌĆÖt have been happier! All our make up was perfect and I felt amazing the whole day.

My make up lasted the whole day and night and everyone commented on how lovely it was. Emma is a lovely person and very professional. I knew when I first met Emma at my initial bridal appointment that I wanted her to do my hair and makeup on my wedding day. She was professional, attentive and listened to all of my needs and my bridesmaids needs. When my day finally arrived she turned up with a great team who were fantastic. We had the eyebrow Queen who transformed our make up and an assistant who made me laugh throughout with her singing and random conversation. I look forward to shopping in Mat Alan very soon. I have used Emma at Alysema Beauty for both one off makeup for a party, and for my wedding makeup and hair. She is very professional and friendly and listens to what you would like to achieve in a look but also offers her professional advise. I was so pleased with the service and I would highly recommend her. I also used Alysema Beauty for my daughters 8th birthday party- a mini pamper party- they had face masks, nails painted and even alcoholic free cocktails to make them feel special. I feel so incredibly lucky that I decided to go to Emma at Alysema for my wedding hair and make up. She immediately makes you feel at ease when you come into the salon, thank you for the coffees and the bubbles! The salon is pristine and beautifully decorated. Emma was my MUA for both my wedding events. First, my registry she provided an amazing service for me, my mum and my 3 bridesmaids. The hair and make up was done exactly to how everyone wanted it. Secondly, she created a flawless Indian look for my Indian wedding, using traditional Indian colours and style. Finally, on the same day as my Indian, she travelled back to my wedding location and created a brand new look for my evening reception. Emma created my 3 looks exactly how I had imagined. She kept me so calm at the most nervous times in my life. A very professional and genuine lovely lady who I would recommend to any bride or bridal party member.
