Enlightening Therapies: For A Lighter Mind, Body And Soul

I am currently NOT able to offer Complementary Therapies due to the Coronavirus pandemic and guidance from the Government and my Regulatory Governing Body, The Complementary Therapists Council (CThC)

I studied a BSc Hons Degree in Complementary Therapies at the University of Cumbria in 2009. I studied Human Givens Counselling in 2001 and Mental Health Nursing in 1985 and 1991.
I am offering a range of therapies including Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones and Swedish Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Reiki. I also offer relaxation therapies and will be offering Human Givens Counselling in the near future.
