We were served by a young guy with dark hair (might have had a beard too?) who gave amazing customer service, and a young girl with brown hair sorted us out a loyalty card. was so friendly and the atmosphere was lovely in the shop, the coffee was great too, keep it up guys!

This place has had a total transformation since their refurb. It looks great and has lots of really comfy seating. The menu is very good - we had delicious Gelato. Letchworth needs more places like this! Will definitely be back.

This is my go to place for coffee, I always feel better for going here, leaving with a big smile on my face.,Their butterscotch latte is to die for, and the food is lovely. Highly recommend visiting, not just for the coffee, but the friendly, pleasant atmosphere with great staff who take pride in serving really good coffee and delicious food. If you have a sweet tooth it's definitely the placed for you! A really cozy and friendly place to visit for people of all ages, if you haven't already you should really check it out.

The food was delightful and came out lovely and hot, the cool drinks were kept nice and refrigerated and the employees were amazing and so friendly. I felt very welcomed

Make a good coffee that’s not too hot, they don’t burn their coffee which makes it an enormous tick in my book! Nice staff and since the refurbishment a much better place to be.

I work locally and after our early set-up, I always try and have at least half an hour daily in Esquires for a coffee and a breather before the day fully begins. It’s such a cosy, casual, friendly place, with great staff and an easygoing atmosphere - full of all age groups, friends and family meeting up, people doing business, people just relaxing - highly recommended.

I visit Esquires at least 3 or 4 times a week on my way to work up the other end of Letchworth. The location in the town centre means its easy to pop in when I get off the train and I can refuel before my journey onwards to work. The staff are always so chatty and friendly, this morning I was asked how my weekend was - it's amazing how the little things keep you going back. As a regular, they have also got my order spot on now as well, really impressed by the care and attention they give each customer. They give discount to local workers, and have a loyalty scheme which means once every couple of weeks I can get a free drink. Well done guys, keep up the fantastic work!!

I love that they take real care over your order. I ordered oat mocha and they make it to just the right temperature so not to burn the milk. If the temperature isn’t to your liking you can ask for it hotter. Their cocoa tea was delish also ....

Been taken over and updated since we last visited and Wow! What an improvement! Great service, great food and drink and lovely surroundings

Nice atmosphere and a lot of very tasty food on offer. Don't know who was poaching the eggs yesterday lunch time but why were the yolks hard? Can you call it eggs benedict if the yolks are hard? Just mentioning as this is somewhere I would like to brunch again.

it woz ok clean & comfy milkshake woz good staff werent very friendly unlike my favourite coffee shop muffin break in wgc

It was reasonable, the the cake thing I had was delicious, my son had toast and a sausages roll they were alright, but as usual the tea was cheap, weak and foul, partly because the mug was heavy and cheap and somehow made the contents worse.

Why can't these places realise that by serving decent tea in a China mug would drastically improve the taste!

The bench seating was also NOT comfortable, that could be improved.

However, the atmosphere was not bad actually, so would I go back ? Not sure.
