Went into Esquires on Saturday with my son , they got me a high chair and put it at a clean table . I had a lovely panini and hot chocolate , they was more then happy to warm up my sons bottle . Very relaxed but very efficient service . I definitely would return rather than costa or Starbucks

Well what a treat very friendly staff a great choice of food and drinks a lovely place to unwind

We go here for the lunch deal, toasted sandwich, any coffee and crisps for ÂĢ4.99. service always lovely and coffee is gorgeous!

They were giving out samples of hot chocolate , it was so nice I had to buy a large one . Fab and would definitely go back . Better than the wishy washy stuff from costa !

Nice little coffee shop in Harlow shopping center especially if you need a break from being dragged around the shops by the other half.

I’ve been coming here a lot in the recent months with my support staff and I really love the cakes in here, it is a nice place and I recommend Esquires :D

I am not one for frequenting corporate coffee shops as they often overpriced. Esquires I will make the exception regarding Harlow. A nice well ventilated establishment good value for money regarding the drinks. Food wise a bit expensive but I never eat in these places anyway so won't drop any marks for that reasonïŋ―

Had the best milkshake of my life! (and I’m in my fifties). Banana and Almond tasted like Banana Marzipan (my favourite 2 foods). Also had leek and potato soup and a tea. Soup was delicious and tea was made with freshly boiled water served in a generous mug. Staff were friendly. It was definitely not my last visit.

Favourite coffee shop in Harlow. Love their strawberry milkshakes in the summer and coffee is always enjoyable. Really great atmosphere and always have friendly respectable staff since its been open.

Esquires has always been my favourite coffee shop. They never harass you to leave when your finished. Light, airy modern shop with fresh faced polite staff.

Costa and Starbucks are not a patch on Esquires.

Been coming here since you opened x my only recent complaint is the lattes are warm and I have to ask for extra hot for some reason ?

In summer you need blinds as where ever you sit the sun in your eyes x

Love the coffee and new dÃĐcor, but why are people or two in particular allowed to Vape inside, don't want to be a passive smoker of any kind!

Bit pricey

Best coffee in town. Lovely light shop. Only negative is that the tables are not cleared for some time and so people have to move dirty used mugs and plates to another table. But still my favourite.

The only downside is that they sell gluten free cake but use the same tongs to serve it which they use for gluten containing cakes. I did ask for this to be reported to the manager and hopefully it was. If you are a coeliac a single crumb matters. The mint latte was splendid.

Why would you stop doing large coffees?! I want a large coffee. Stupidest idea ever. Looks like I’ll be going else where from now on.

We Used to use the Cafe every time I came to Harlow. However when I went to redeem my fully stamped loyalty cards, the manager said they had become obsolete the day before because they've gone over to digital loyalty cards, so they wouldn't honour the free coffees. I thought this was poor customer service. Hence we won't be using Esquires Coffee House again sadly. And will be taking our custom elsewhere. Petty I know, but annoying.

The one in Basildon Eastgate is so much better!

Great to see dairy free treats but customer service is poor. Orders taken but staff more concerned with chatting than fulfilling orders. Not only me but customers after me and it's not even busy.

Such a bad experience with the the coffee shop. Was called out to investigate burnt sockets caused by overloading. The owner has no regards for his staffs safety. The owner bindish then tried to avoid payment.
