We would like to warmly welcome our new yoga teacher Caroline Banks from Kura Zana to Essence!
Caroline bases her practice on the Sanskrit terms, ‘Kura', meaning ‘Fierce', and ‘Zana', meaning ‘Calm’, and offers a synthesis of yoga and modern fitness science to create a holistic and modern approach to physical wellbeing.
