Evans Lettings are an online company based in Penygroes, near Cross Hands, where my family before me and I have been raised for the past 200 years.
For the past 100 years being a Landlord has always been a traditional business within my family, however an exception from this was one successful business ran by my Grandfather, whom was the family butcher situated on Bridge Street in Penygroes.
During the past 8 years, as well as raising children I have been studying hard to gain a HND in Legal Studies and we are also a a licence holder with Rent Smart Wales.

With my experience as a Landlady along with family experience and the knowledge I have and am gaining through continuous study, I can use this expertise to provide a specialised knowledge within Residential Property and hopefully provide my clients with the reassurance and service they seek.

Due to being an online company our prices are the most competitive in Carmarthenshire, with tenants paying as little as £50 for tenancy checks and Landlords paying as little as £189 to market, advertise, let and set up the tenancy.
