We are running a small raffle to raise some funds for a (self employed) friend of the studio. It’s looking like Kate may be unable to work for 12 weeks due to a scooter accident!

Superb experience. Will be recommending these guys to anyone and everyone. Not my first tattoo but by far the best in terms of the atmosphere in the building, the easy nature of the artists which just made my session not only fly by but enjoyable and the work itself.. Mind blowing. I was laughing (and swearing a lot) for 4-5 hours?! It's not every day you can say that whilst having needles jammed in your body! That Ballsy guy.. If you want something a bit abstract, a bit left field he's your guy! He'll even sing to you if you're lucky!

Such a welcoming and spotless place! Ollie put me at ease and my rook piercing is perfect ☺️Can’t wait to get back and pick some more jewellery!

Really pleased with the service recieved today taking my 12 year old to have her ears pierced. Very professional, spottlesly clean and sterile. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

Joe pierced my 14 year old daughters nose today, he was fabulous with her and made her feel at ease (as much as one can), he continuously asked her if she was okay and was just amazing! Thank you Joe wouldn’t go to any one else.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I have been many places in Norwich for piercings but Factotum is by far the best place I have ever been to! The staff are so friendly and the place is so clean and hygienic. Olly spent a good while talking to me about the piercing and what to expect. Nothing was rushed at all considering there was someone else getting a piercing after me. Never been in a relaxed and comfortable piercing environment before! Wish I came here for all my other piercings. Thanks Factotum!!

I just got my ears pierced with Ollie today and it was a very positive relaxed experience!

I was slightly nervous as I haven't had a piercing before and Ollie was a great help with that. Very friendly and extremely professional.

Also had my first tattoo done here a couple years ago and all the staff and artists were lovely. The studio has a great atmosphere, and again, very chill. Best of all it is extremely clean!



I 100% recommend Factotum to everyone, especially those who may be nervous types like myself.

I had my diath pierced at a different place and after I was given some not so great advice I called factotum, considering I didn't have my piercing done there they could of easily told me to get lost but they didn't, they were very helpful and I went in the next day and they changed the ring I had in as mine was too small and I left with better aftercare advice, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the kindness of the staff, will not go anywhere else from now on

Hey you lovely bunch. Just wanted to say how happy I am with my daith piercing. It was almost 2 years ago and predominantly I had it done to cure chronic migraines. Although I was advised this doesn’t work, it has!!! I’ve not had a single migraine since and I was getting one a week on average. And I’ve got a great piercing too! So thanks. See you soon for another little something. �

Had the daith piercing done a couple of weeks ago. I was made to feel comfortable, my ear is healing exceedingly well thanks to the aftercare advice, and it looks great. Thank you very much to the chap who did it (I'm sorry I've forgotten his name, the adrenaline of getting a piercing drove it from my mind!)

Great shop for piercings and tattoos. Had a daith piercing today (have had tattoos in the past). The whole team were not only 100% professional (hygiene was impeccable) but super friendly and knowledgeable too. I would recommend this store to everyone and anyone wanting to get pierced/tattooed!! Can’t wait to go back to have my jewellery changed in a few weeks to a super awesome piece by Industrial Strength.

Fascinating, intense and yet relaxing, welcoming and possibly an addiction forming.... Highly recommended, clean but not clinical, friendly genuine staff and Março in particular is an awesome artist and a really nice guy! Will be back!

Can't recommend this place enough. Originally booked in for Claire's Accessories for my daughter to get her ears pierced but read such bad reviews and the fact it was a gun piercing. My husband saw this place and the good reviews and we decided to go for it. Ollie very reassuring with my 10 year daughter she was quite scared but he managed to calm her down. The after care info is brilliant and loved the post earings with screw fronts and flat backs no irritating butterfly back to deal with. I also loved how clean and sterile the place was and felt very pleased it was a first class job. If you are thinking of ear piercing for your child I can't recommend this place enough.
