What a wonderful afternoon. My grandson William loved it all, from decorating his gingerbread man to making his own bauble and getting his special present from the Big Man himself. His Elf aka Gingerbread Man is going to getting up to all sorts of mischief. Will certainly recommend this experience to anyone with children over 3 years old.

What a magical Christmas experience for all the family.

Santa spent a good amount of time with each child and had really done his homework on each and every one.

Mrs Claus was fantastic too and the children loved decorating gingerbread men and making some Christmas baubles for Santa.

And we love our elf.

We took both our daughters age 7 and age 3 to the adopt an Elf day. What a magical experience it was. There was a lot of attention to detail, which made the experience all the more magical. Both girls were engaged in all the actives throughout the hour and a half. Would highly recommend. My 7 year old has already asked to go back next year

We attended our first adoption day today with our four year old. What a well thought out and magical event. Mr and Mrs Claus are really amazing. Santa's inside knowledge on the children makes it really special. Can't wait to start this year's Elf fun Thanks so much to Mrs Claus and Santa. See you next year with both of our girls!! Xx

Took my 4 year old little girl back for a return visit. She absolutely loved it and I cant tell you how awesome it felt watching her face fill with delight and wonder when Santa came in. Its a brilliant experience as it is so personal and they really take the time to fill it with fun magical experiences. My little girl already has an elf from last year so this year she got an elf pet (reindeer) which she has not stopped hugging since. She just went into nursery and told her teachers that she met the real Santa and not santas helpers :) This experience lasted an hour and a half way more value for money than others.

User

This was a very magical Santa experience. The kids faces said it all. Being personalised was the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids, we will be back next year. Thank you for helping to make amazing memories.

Seen the photos on face and just had to get my little boys done !! And I'm over the moon the images are stunning!! Definitely the most efficient photo shoot I've been too my little boy is severely disabled and there was no pressure on him whatsoever !! The girls are lovely and bubbly and friendly and I'm sure at some point we will be back !! Highly recommend simple but so beautifully effective!!!!!

User

Our 3 year old daughter went to the elf adoption day yesterday and loved it. She was so relaxed around Santa which was great. Great idea to do some crafts and watch a wee movie first as allows younger kids time to settle in before Santa arrives.

My daughter turns 8 tomorrow and my son is five. I wasn’t sure how much longer we will enjoy the magic of Christmas the older my daughter gets, so decided to adopt an elf and have some fun this year. When we arrived it didn’t look like what we expected from the outside, but once we stepped inside the magic started. Mrs Claus’s amazed me by remembering all the children by name. The film was lovely and the children loved making the gingerbread men and baubles for the tree. Never before have we had such a long and personal experience with Santa, the kids were in awe of how much he knew about them (even the bad stuff!!) and were delighted with their elf. A truly magical experience! They are utterly obsessed with Pip the elf and we’re all really excited to see what he gets up to for the next three weeks Thank you for keeping the magic alive

My daughter Sofia just had her 6th birthday party with the Fairy godmother at the secret herb garden. I couldnt recommend her more she was amazing. She had all 15 kids captivated for over an hour and was so welcoming. My daughter just loved it. I would definitely recommend and will be back to try out other party themes. Thank you so much

User

My 5 year old daughter had a lovely experience attending fairy training. She made her own potion and was given an enchanted magic wand then went round the gardens chanting spells and spotting fairy houses. It's a magical experience for them the world of make believe. Will defo be having a fairy party when she's 6 xx

User

Lovely informal shoot - minimal direction as the photographs are very natural. Even with 2 grumpy kids in the rain and us parents being in every shot unexpectedy (as the kids wouldn't be parted from us!) there were some lovely pictures to choose from. I'd highly recommended 5*

User

If you're thinking of booking a balloon photo shoot - don't hesitate! It was truly brilliant! Not only are the images fantastic, the ladies are great with children, so professional, kind and fun (even with a 2 year old and 5 month old - no mean feat.!). We are so very happy with our images and couldn't recommend them more! Thank you!

User

For her 8th birthday my daughter and her friends have just made potions and learned enchantments with their wands to encourage the fairies. The girls were on the edge of their toadstools listening to Kirsty's every word. Total joy, fuel for the imagination and in a magical setting. The world most definitely needs more of Kirsty's magic fairy dust.

User

Attended the fairy training on Sunday with 2 4 year olds and a 5 year old. The girls all thoroughly enjoyed themselves from start to finish! The atmosphere created was fantastic and it was amazing to watch their little faces mesmerised as they did their potions and learned their spell! They had so much fun running around the meadows enchanting the trees! Great value for money and they're already asking when they can go again! Thanks to the girls once again. X

User

Amazing place to take the kids, love this new tradition and will be definately returning every year!!! It's just magical watching all the children "believe" when Santa starts talking about them individually !! Cannot recommend it highly enough, all the little touches really add to the magic!

User

Absolutely magical experience for my two daughters! My daughter Ruby is non verbal and autistic - I was so thankful for the patience and acceptance of this from not only Mr and Mrs Claus but the other two families! We were there an hour and a quarter which is something we never thought Ruby would last for but she felt so comfortable! Annie was in awe of Santa and how he knew her teacher and her best friend! Her face was a picture! She is now so intent at looking after Chippy our elf! You have truly started our festive period in a magical and memorable way! Thank you xx

User

5/5 - we attended our 2nd elf adoption this year and it was just as fun and magical as first time round! The work and effort that goes into this is clear to see and it is one of our favourite things to do at Christmas and will no doubt be an ongoing tradition! Thank you all at a wonderful world of make believe, we all certainly believe

User

Took my Son to his first Elf adoption. He is quite shy and will not go near Santa but because of the way this was done he was so chilled after 5 minutes lying on rug watching elf movie at Mrs Claus feet. He didn't sit beside Mr Claus but gave him a high five which is a massive improvement for him. Our elf is so naughty!!! Only gave 4 stars as it was pitch black when we came out and the portacabin could do with a refurbishment but overall it was magical.
