They actually have old fanzines; I bought several issues of Masiform-D from them, the one's they had that I didn't already have. I know of other new/second hand bookstores who handle old SF/F magazines, but to find someone who carries old Fanzines? And their new selection is exceptional for the SF/F/Horror specialty presses. You can find the mainstream print press anywhere you look, but if looking for the unusual, the small market specialty print presses, you need to start with Fantastic Literature. And thanks to the Internet, I can order directly from them while living in Tacoma, WA, USA. I _wish_ I could physically browse their shelves and talk to them, but they have a good online shop, and prompt response to questions asked via email. Very knowledgeable about the field.
