Went for lunch today, can't fault anything. Service was good, food was great, will definately be going again. Would highly recommend this place, very good value especially with the loyalty card offers.

Service was fantastic was busy but didn't have to wait long. Food was excellent all the waitresses looked like they were enjoying their job which is nice to see defiantly go back there. Thank you to all staff at the front and behind the scenes in the kitchen!

Just 1 thing which could help others that a small swing or play area for the little ones as my grandson was too small to go on 👍😀

Popped in for lunch whilst restaurant was having a refurb, service was exemplary, couldn't have been better. The young woman who waited our table was fantastic. Very polite & courteous. Made sure we were happy without meals, and didn't come by to check on us when we had mouths full of food! (Pet hate) the food came out very timely and was delicious! And the restaurant is now looking great again! Impressed with the minimal interruption from the refurb!

Meat mixed grill was superb steak was cooked just how i asked .Service was excellent waitress made sure all our food was correct as there were a few adjustments to the menu to met our requirements enjoyable evening .���

Had my daughter's 21st birthday meal here and the staff were fantastic!! The young girl who was our waitress was amazing. She was patient and so helpful with all 9 of us!!

First time visited fatso’s for over a year with hubby a last minute decision but what a good one it turned out to be. Steak was cooked to perfection better than one I had eaten earlier in the week at the Hilton hotel Birmingham which was so chewy I refused to pay for it. My husband had the rump steak I had steak wrap meals were both amazing would not hesitate to recommend or return despite reading other reviews maybe we were lucky .

First time eating here and couldn't fault the place the food the service all very good came away with a doggy bag as the daughter was unable to finish hers... my god do you get enough on ya plate ;)

Came for son's 13th birthday last night, arrived 6.45, ordered at 7 food arrived by 7.20, great food, fast service by friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for a lovely birthday meal and all the balloons �

Been twice recently and each experience has been really lovely. First was midweek so restaurant was fairly quiet second time Saturday night, restaurant was heaving, both times were very good. Service exemplary staff were very helpful and friendly, food terrific, only downside drinks were very expensive, even Wetherspoon don't have prices that steep. Overall a good experience, I shall return but limit my drinks.

The food wasn’t great!

The chips were about as cheap as you can buy!

The southern fried chicken was processed, they were proper chicken breasts in a coating.

The coleslaw wasn’t homemade, and the milk shakes didn’t have much flavour.

We won’t be returning again.

Food wasent to good but the guys wracking up a line of coke in the gents toilets was worse especially when they left it laying around for kids to get their hands on it discussing

What can I say to start with took over 45 minutes for food to arrive, beer was rank smelt and tasted like dead flowers!, chicken was dry, steak was over cooked, wedges under cooked, coleslaw was just chunks of cabbage. But the service was very good and they deducted the price of the beer. Don’t feel the meal was value for money would only rate 3/10 and that is for the waitress.

Left the restaurant without eating this evening. No one seated us, when we asked can we order they sent us to the bar - no one at the bar to take order. Five of the staff were stood at the entrance talking when we left they didn't even acknowledge us. We are now at Zak's having a great evening with great food. Won't be returning.

If you are Gluten Free: The Fatso’s menu states ‘we cannot guarantee the total absence of allergies in our dishes’ fair enough... but what they don’t tell you is all dishes marked as ‘GF’ are in fact cooked in the same oils that the Gluten dishes are. For example Curly Fries are the only fries that contain gluten. However, the GF potato sides are also cooked in the SAME oil as the Curly Fries. In fact when I asked if the fries could be cooked in fresh oil without gluten traces I was told no! I know other restaurants can honour being gluten free and cooking without the any gluten in oils or in pans/grills so why can’t Fatsos?!
