This time last week I was walking around London as part of a walking marathon. A week full of challenges later and this is my last day. Hurray!
Today I’m abseiling down the ArcelorMittal Orbit in London. It’s been a hard but amazing week and it’s been inspired by an amazing charity , Bedford & District Cerebral Palsy Society and in memory of this beautiful soul Sebi, who had the biggest, positive impact on me 💙.

We had my sisters baby shower at Fays and it was fantastic. Delicious food, catered for all allergies and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and will be back ASAP. Such lovely staff, made us feel so welcome.

Such a lovely cafe! Great tasting coffee and loads of drink options (the dirty chai is so nice!). Small but fresh and tasty menu. Lovely ambience. Think I've found my new favourite hide away!

Such a fab cafe gluten free options and fantastic service, the staff bent over backwards for me even having children ikea plates and cutlery. The free lemon water is a nice touch too will def be a regular �

Really great coffee, great choice of food and friendly service, and they’ve turned a pretty rubbish tennis club bar into a lovely comfy contemporary cafe. I’m a club member but now spend as much time with my family in the cafe as on the courts!!

My first visit today and loved it! The dirty chai was amazing as were the falafel wraps. Service was excellent and lovely to sit on the sunny patio. Definitely be back soon.

Bit biased I know, but great coffees and drinks, lovely selection of light lunches and cakes, plus you can watch the tennis/work/relax etc.
