I ordered three times from the website and I am very pleased with the service. Si-bell and Juju are still my most favorite cups till this day!! Shipping cost is reasonable, so is delivery time which was approx. 3 weeks to the US. They always gave free candy along with my orders too.
Overall it has been a great lovely shopping experience. I only wish that they still carry the sterilizing Milton tablets, I haven't seen them available on the website for months and it's just so frustrating to me because it's really hard to get hold of them in Asia :(
I ordered my first cup a few months ago, the Femmecup. So far, I love it! I'm still learning how to use it, but no major problems. It was inexpensive, but a very well made product, came with a discreet little carrying bag, as well. Also, shipping was crazy fast, I live in the US, it arrived in about a week!

I got my package today in the US, 2 and a half weeks after ordering.I am so pleased! My RubyCup is beautiful and I can't wait to use it next cycle. If anyone has any concerns about which cup to get, RubyCup is an excellent choice. It's made of a really nice silicone, has good resistance and great grips! The special pink color is adorable, and RubyCup's campaign to buy one, give one is really what sold me on this cup. The candies thrown in the package were a really sweet touch as well.
I bought my cup over the Chrismas holidays and I have to say that my package arrived realy quick and it was such a treat! It made my feel like it was just for me! Extra treats and promotional pieces just added so much. It truly made my day! It is the first time I am saying this, but now I am waiting for my time of the month!

The pads are great; they were comfortable to wear and they have been easy to clean; I am particularly impressed as, as I have endometriosis, I thought they wouldn't be able to cope with my flow, but they did easily :-) Very happy all round. Absolutely adore the Bunny Love Cloth pads set I ordered, fast delivery and very reasonably priced. Also my daughter thanks you for the Love Hearts, she got her mits on them as soon as they fell out of the package but unfortunately I didn't see even 1 of them
I have been in contact with your customer service regarding a complaint for one of your menstrual cups and the answer was nothing short of a joke. I have given you Β£21 for this product following the guidelines on YOUR website and the product is not fit for purpose, it LEAKS! Now, if you understand English and have EVER had a period in your life you will understand how I am NOT willing to "experiment with positioning, etc." and "if after that time the model one still leaks then by all means go ahead and try model two, just go ahead and order one from the website". The simple fact that you advised something like this makes me feel MADE FUN OF and makes you sound like total SCAMMERS. The product YOU made me buy is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and I demand for it to be replaced since I was MISINFORMED by your guidelines and you should provide a more reliable way to determine which size one should order before taking their money!
I am looking forward to hearing your reply hoping it won't sound as silly as the previous one.
