It's going to be a fun day 😀

Went a party on Sunday and it's one of the best parties my daughter has been too.



Food was brilliant and couldn't believe the amount of it and the quality was great. No child went hungry!!



Kids party games were fantastic and the host was just brilliant.



Kids loved the play area and was great for all ages.



The play centre was clean and any dirty cups were cleaned away efficiently.



Will definitely be visiting more often �

We were very impressed by our visit to Fenton Fun Factory with our 2 year old today. We are visiting family in the area and we were looking for somewhere to entertain our son. The reviews were good so we decided to find out for ourselves. We were very impressed with the service, the friendly staff. the great menu and prices and the cleanliness of the play and food areas. Our son thoroughly enjoyed his time repeating "again, again!" We will be visiting "again, again!"

We have just had my sons 4th birthday party here.. The kids have absolutely loved it. Katie the party host was fabulous she couldn't do enough for us. Great value for money. Loads of food and a nice party bag too. Definitely one of the best soft play parties we have been too. Thanks for making keatons birthday extra special.

We had my son 6th birthday party there 20/9/17. It was amazing my son loved every minute of it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The lights in the wall where the children ate was fantastic saying happy birthday with my son name and happy 6th birthday that added a nice touch to the party room. Would definitely go again. The party host was really nice and very helpful nothing was to much trouble.

Thankyou so much to the team and a special thanks to Jordan who was so fantastic today at Tilly’s party, the kids loved him and loved the party! Again thanks so much x

Thank you very much for an amazing party for my 8 year old Son, he and his friends loved every minute.



Not only did they enjoy the superb play area but also the fun and games hosted by a very lovely party host. I was very impressed by how she was able to entertain all of the children and even engage the boys who were quite reluctant to take part at first.



Everywhere was spotlessly clean especially in comparison to some of the other indoor play areas we have around the city.



We had the mixed hot and cold buffet and the children loved it, there was a lot of choice, they catered for special requirements and even encouraged the children to eat salad and fruit.



All staff were polite and thoughtful and were very keen to make sure my Son had the best time possible. Thank you all xxxx

My daughter had a birthday party yesterday. It was brilliant and all staff are helpful and friendly. Kids had a fantastic day and enjoyed the party. The place is tidy and has a big space for parents to stay. Definitely will go back for kids to play. Thank you���

Iv been face painting and balloon modelling here today for a birthday party, first time Iv been here. Very helpful and polite staff and a great place for kids to burn off some energy. Highly recommend �. Hope to be back soon....�

I visited here with my baby and 3 year old for the first time and loved it....Loads to do and great fun for all ages...Also it's nice to be able to keep an eye on your older children in the big section while playing in the baby section and it's secure :-)

I love taking my boys here it's really nice and a friendly place to go and my boys love playing with everything :)

I cant thank this place enough tonight not only did my kids love the halloween party but my son felt part of it to. My son has celiac so cnt eat anythin with gluten in. So the wounderful staff at fun factory prepared him a hot and cold buffee of all gluten free food. My boy was so happy n loved his food. Not many places do this so he as to go without. Thank u fun factory staff for makin my boy feel like every other child.

I can't thank you guys enough for giving my daughter Megan the best birthday party ever yesterday, she had an amazing time along with her friends, you made the whole time very stress free for me, very entertaining for the children, the food was amazing, you were always checking too see if we were all ok, I would definitely recommend to anyone to have their children's party at your place, I know i certainly will be again :) thank you again guys :)

Had my sons birthday party here yesterday,he and his friends throughly enjoyed it,I paid extra for the party games and the party host Jordan was absolutely fantastic with the children!a parent of my sons friends said she will be booking a party here as it was one of the best party's she had been too in regards of entertainment and the variety of food (I had the mixed buffet) overall myself and the children all had a good time,would most certainly recommend �

Had my sons birthday party here and the host Jordan was fantastic with the children nothing was too much trouble for him. Would definitely recommend here and will also return for further parties. A big thank you to Jordan and the team. Xx

Had a great time today with my toddler. Really enjoyed herself. Prices reasonable and food was great staff were helpful and very friendly. Only issue was very big kids in the toddler area but staff did keep asking them to get out. We will be back again.

Great party here yesterday for my daughters 8th birthday. Francesca and her friends and family all had a great time and giggle. There was plenty of food and they also catered for my son's dairy intolerance really well. All staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Well done. Keep up the good work. �

Amazing private hire party for a four year old and all guests age 0-12 the best venue and service I've seen so far at a soft play centre!! Ample good quality hot/cold food during normal play and a party!! Well done to this team we are very happy thanku

Visited with the grandchildren age 2 and 4 and they really enjoyed it,the eldest loved the ball wind pipe shame one was blocked though as the children were all trying to put the balls up one pipe at the same time,it was nice and clean and lovely and warm for the grandparents to sit and watch them play,the only downside is the baby changing was in the corridor,not nice .But we will be returning again soon to sample some of your food in the cafe on the next visit .
