Delighted to announce that @yarnmixology will be joining us for the first time this year. They sell these beautiful yarn bobbles. I can’t wait to see these! #yarnmixology #gradient #wool

Wow! Look at this wall of gorgeousness! How on earth do you choose which ones to buy? 🥰🤪

Clever jewellery by @woolmouseuk kilt pin brooches with stitch markers on. And sheep stitch markers too! What a lovely gift it would make. #sheep #kiltpinbrooch #knittersofinstagram #crochet #fibreeast

While I'd personally like more seats in areas to sit and eat your own picnic, it is a good venue and a lovely evening! Found everything on my shopping list!

This year was my first visit to Fibre East and I loved it. Everyone was really friendly and vendors/guild members were very happy to answer questions and offer advise.

As a knitter is was wonderful to see some of the countries fabulous Indy dyers/merchants that you don't see at the larger shows.

I will certainly be back.

This was our second year at Fibre East and what a fab festival! Great venue, lovely food available at affordable prices, so many gorgeous vendors! Facilities are good and coped well with the copious footfall. Ample parking, well organised.

We thought it was great last year, but this year was even better. Thank you to the organisers who were clearly in evidence yesterday to help with any issues. Entry was perfect this year for those with advanced tickets, which we had. Very good value given the ticket price. Impressive! Looking forward to next year already.

User

Really well organised. Clear details of who is where. Easy access to everything with ramps where necessary for wheelchairs etc. Parking was so easy too and close to entrance. FABULOUS experience. See you next year!

One of the best shows of the year for hand dyed unusual yarns.

There is also lots of inspirational makes and shawl kits, so you get ideas of what you can make with the yarns.

I‘ve been to lots of crafty shows and they aren’t a patch on Fibre East.

My first visit to Fibre East as a stall holder and am glad to say it was a very successful event for me. Huge thanks to the team at Fibre East for a wonderfully organised show. The atmosphere was as vibrant as the beautiful wools on sale and everyone I asked said they'd had a great time. Thank you to everyone who bought off my stall, I hope you all enjoy using your Butterfly Loom!

User

My first show and had an excellent day there. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be, lots of trade stands with knowledgeable people to help you.

User

I really appreciated the total smoking ban.

I only arrive to do a first aid duty with the Airfield Volunteer Fire Service. I had no idea what I was going to and I Loved loved LOVED it. We have apparently been booked again for next year and I am already down to cover both days. Such wonderful products, lovely people and an environment where being a knitter is normal and not odd. Counting the days and saving already.

Great show, lots of independent dyers, and beautiful yarn and fleece. Everybody helpful and interesting. Well organised. As usual, and as others have said, there were not enough seats and not enough places to picnic, especially as the weather was a bit dodgy.

User

Great show, great location. Food choices and seats are somewhat lacking as others have mentioned, but the choice for shopping is great

User

Great show, I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit, and now I know how easy it is to get to by train, I'll definitely be going again. It would have been nice to have had a couple of different food vendors though.

User

Great show! My first visit and I was so pleased I went. It was nice to be able to buy from indie dyers I hadn't seen before and buy different fibres to try. Can't wait to hook up my banana silk.

User

Great day with a variety of vendors. The only problem with the venue was the marquees on a slope and no focal point,it made a few people feel dizzy.

User

First time I’ve been to this event and it was great! So many stands and so much choice. Would definitely go again, and highly recommend it to others Now to start my next craft project!

User

Fabulous event and can’t wait for end of month

User

Fabulous day out lots of wonderful fluff great to buy from the artists that create these beautiful products. Only complaint ..... Needs more places to buy food and drink and sitting areas.

User

Brilliant experience. Loads for needle felters and great stalls. Second year, will be back for another next year!

User
