Today, for our "people that help us topic", we had a visit from two paramedics. They told us how they help people and we all got the chance to go inside the ambulance.

For our "people that help us" topic, on Wednesday this week the nursery class had a visit from one of our parents who is a dietician. She helped us to learn about healthy eating, food groups and portion sizes.

As part of our work on "people that help us", today we had a visit from green watch, who came to tell us all about being a fire fighter. We also got the chance to sit inside the fire engine. Miss Badru demonstrated some of the equipment they need to wear. The fire fighters told us about smoke detectors and reminded us that we need to check they are working so why not test yours today 😁
