Hi, I'm Fiona 💁 I joined Slimming World as a member in August 2015. I was 15st 12lb in weight and a dress size 18. I had a very unhealthy relationship with food and my own body. Slimming World not only helped me to shed 5st 7lb and 5 dress sizes, but it gave me the confidence to pursue my ambitions and the motivation to get back up again when I came across hurdles!... I've also made friendships, discovered new foods, enjoyed cooking, achieved personal goals and all because I made that brave step into group for the first time. I believe that if it was possible for me, then there's no reason why you can't achieve your own weight loss dreams.
