First Aid + Care Training Ltd is East Anglia's premier provider of First Aid and Health Care training courses taught by the Health Care Professionals.

FA + CT provides a wide range of training services. From Basic First Aid to Advanced First Aid including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with AED.

Following the terrorist attacks this year, our Advanced First Aid courses now include dealing with catastrophic injuries. Even if your work setting is deemed low risk or you do not have commercial tourniquets available, it would be sensible for you to be trained in improvised tourniquet application. On all our first aid at work courses we now include this as standard.

FA + CT specialises in providing Paediatric First Aid training for Childminders, Nannies, Early Years Settings, and ALL Childcare Professionals.

Our Paediatric First Aid courses meet the new (March 2017) OFSTED / EYFS Guidelines and our innovative training techniques provide learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to act effectively when it really matters.

Because our teaching staff are health care professionals, we are able to design bespoke first aid training packages alongside HSE requirements to meet the particular needs of your industry, care home, sport or recreation.

Food Hygiene Level 2 is an engaging course covering a wide range of essential food safety information and enables learners to gain a Level 2 award in food hygiene. The course is ideally suited for Early Years Staff and anyone involved in the storage, preparation and management of food within the workplace.

The Level 3 Food Hygiene is a comprehensive course covering an extensive range of essential food hygiene information and enables learners to gain a Level 3 award in food hygiene. The course is ideally suited for supervisors / managers overseeing the storage, preparation and management of food within the workplace.

The FA + CT Anaphylaxis course focuses on the prevention, recognition and treatment of Anaphylaxis, including the use of auto-injectors and CPR. The course is ideally suited as an add-on to our Paediatric and First Aid at Work courses but can also be presented In-House on a stand-alone basis.
