Fit2Fite Grays Description
FIT2FITE™ is a harmonious marriage of martial art techniques rhythmically synchronised to the finest uplifting dance music to create an energy charged aerobic experience.
Classes are taught by Richard Hang Hong, 4th Dan Karate, a former international competitor and chief instructor of Seitou Ryu Karate club.
Join us at Belmont Village Hall, Parker Road, Grays, RM17 5YN on Saturdays 9am-10am. All are welcome, call us to book or just turn up.
£5 per class.
FIT2FITE™’s blend of fluid combinations, dynamic techniques and progressive muscular strength and endurance component, embraces the fundamentals of physical and mental fitness as well as building strength, stamina and suppleness. The emphasis on timing, technique, tension and intensity improves co-ordination and balance, develops core strength and increases cardiovascular fitness. These benefits are visually evident after a short period of regular attendance and committed, focused application.

Another fantastically sweaty Fit2Fite session; great tunes (yes we reprised the 8.8 minutes long Barbie Girl remix finale), awesome fighting moves, and a motivated bunch of crazy people.
Fitness tips of the day from the bunch include;
1: don’t skip breakfast
... 2: drink beer slowly
3: Don’t try your husbands meal replacement shakes for the first time 30 mins before teaching a 60 minute HIIT class if you don’t want indigestion and stomach cramps
