I've now been doing Andy's training for over a year. I now feel that much healthier and fitter, lost weight, my blood pressure has returned to normal without medication. His training on nutrition and balancing your metabolic rate has been invaluable. Doing the training with others makes it that much more enjoyable and creates a competitive but very friendly atmosphere.
