I've now been doing Andy's training for over a year. I now feel that much healthier and fitter, lost weight, my blood pressure has returned to normal without medication. His training on nutrition and balancing your metabolic rate has been invaluable. Doing the training with others makes it that much more enjoyable and creates a competitive but very friendly atmosphere. Andy's very professional in being able to gauge each and every persons capabilities and accommodates them accordingly to fit in with the training best suited to them. Andy has real dedication in his work to help each and every one of us that need help. I couldn't recommend him more. He deserves an award.
