The sun is shining over the market which makes a welcome change from the weather we have had over the past couple of months. 🌞
After an anticipated wait, we have welcomed Geoff and Julie to the market with their extensive card stall. Take a look at the pictures to see what they sell.
... Also, a couple of weeks ago we saw Cliff Almond return to the market with his Sharpening service. Now is the time to get all those gardening tools sorted for this lovely weather.

We are open, business as usual. Flitwick Dolphins are running our Market Tea today, with lots of Easter themed treats to tempt you.
... Most of our regular traders are here; Fishmonger ( a Good Friday Must), fruit &a veg, plants and shrubs, wool and haberdashery, eggs & meats, baker. Lots more stalls inside and out.

Morning folks
Due to the icy conditions and winds that feel like -11, the decision has been taken that the Outdoor market will not be running today. However, Louise will still be running her Thai food stall from inside the village hall; as well as Tony with his wool and haberdashery. You will also be able to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee if you do venture to us.... If you do venture out, pease be careful as roads and paths are very icy under the snow!!
Hopefully, full market will be on next week, once the Beast from the East has gone!

Good Evening All, and a Happy New Year well just got back in from first market of 2018. Many thanks to all the traders and customers who braved the weather today. Typical wet and blustery Flitwick!! Also a huge thank you to Respite at home volunteers who put on an amazing spread of homemade cakes for the Market Tea.
... We have five stalls returning next week; Darren the Fishmonger Julian with his batteries, bulbs, household and books Ross with Fruit & Veg Sharon with pet foods And Richard with Cards and Gift wrap. Please pass on to all those who are regular patrons of our market, who may not have Facebook.

Good morning one and all, We hope you have enjoyed the festivities so far. We are still open for business today, with Flitwick Dolphins running the Market Tea and Louise cooking her Fabulous Thai menu for all to try. Due to sickness bugs, the three other traders who were due to be here apologise for not being here.

We have a new stall starting tomorrow at the front of the Village Hall. Dave & Ross will be setting up their Quality fruit & veg. They are from local area and have been in the market trade for 20+ years. They will be set up from early morning, so please come down to see their quality produce. Quality Produce at Quality Prices!!... Photos attached.
We also have Darren (Fishmonger) back after a couple of weeks sunning himself in the Med!
Stay Sharp, sharpening g service is also back after a few weeks away. Cliff will sharpen all things from scissors and knives, to the larger gardening tools and lawn mower blades.
All our regular traders will be here ready to serve you, despite the threat of rain.
Don't forget that e will have the market tea running from 9am - 12pm, including some exclusive market stalls inside.

Good morning to you all on this much cooler June morning. Today we have 1st Flitwick Boys Brigade hosting our Market Tea. Lots of homemade cakes to tempt you, with some of the delicious cakes having been made by the Anchor Boys last night. Most of you that have visited us over the past few weeks will notice that we have a few new stalls outside. David Pocock (Leighton Mobility)has started selling Mobility Scooters. He has quite a range of scooters, including one that can go o...ff road, as well as one that has its own suitcase for travel abroad! He provides warrantys, as well as servicing and repairs. Why not come down and have a look. We also have Mr Singh who sells smoking accessories, vaping equipment, mobile phone accessories and purses/ wallets.

Good morning Flitwick and surrounds, we have HULA animal rescue hosting our Market tea. Lots of scrummy homemade cakes to try. Photos attached to tempt you.
Flitwick Town Council 'Big Knit' is running from 1030 until 1130, so come down and bring your knitting needles and join in to knit items for charity.
We also have a new Card stall here for the first time. Richard sells cards, gift wrap, balloons and other party items.
... Ian's Fabulous Fudges and sweets has a new selection of sugar free sweets to try, as well as the delicious fudges and truffles.
Joan's eggs also have a wide selection of 17, yes 17 different flavours of sausages for you to try as well as other meats and cheeses.
Cliff is back on the market with his sharpening service. He does everything from knives and scissors, to gardening tools and lawnmower blades.
Lastly, a reminder that Tony's haberdashery and wool stall has moved inside the village hall, and has not retired, despite rumours!
