The 30th of November will be our last day of trade in North Street, as we will be concentrating on "Florabelle Fancies" Baking & Outside Catering from Jan 2019.

Went in there today, usually i buy a few bath bombs and a couple of the candles, but today i treated my mother to a nice cream tea, beautiful place lovely costomer service and AMAZING food and drink, would highly recomend to anyone who likes a nice peacful tea with lovely staff felt very welcome.

Thank you serendipty you truly did make mine and my mothers day!

Went here on Valentine's Day for afternoon tea well all I can say is it was the best afternoon tea I have had the thing I liked was you had a choice of sandwiches all the other tea shop in Sudbury and long Melford give you just 1 choice of sandwiches the owners were absolutely fantastic beautiful shop as well if you haven't been you must go ��

We had afternoon tea here today for my mother in-laws birthday surprise. We all loved it. The table looked beautiful and we had plenty to eat. The bottomless tea was a big hit with us all. The homemade cakes and scones where amazing. Thank you for ladies. X

Visited today with my daughter and son as it was my daughters birthday. Millie was made to feel very special and the food was delicious and home made by the very lovely Florence - YUM!

Very attentive owners, fabulous attention to detail, gorgeous homemade food. Lovely place to go for a relaxing lunch, afternoon tea or jst a coffee. Lots of lovely products to peruse or purchase too.

Return visit this time for lunch. (Afternoon tea at florabelles amazing!!)

We had one of the new specials, a ploughman’s platter made up with cheese meats and fruit. Beautifully presented as always.

Lovely friendly staff with very tasty toasted sandwiches and the tea pot is topped up. Can't get better than that.

Love this place- great food made to order and friendly service - need more organic places like this instead of yet another Costa � can't wait to go back ��

Had afternoon tea with friends for my birthday last week and we couldn't fault anything at all. Food was excellent, all fresh and beautifully presented. They even sang happy birthday to me and presented me with a little box of chocolate hearts. Have had afternoon tea at a few places (including the Ritz) and can honestly say I enjoyed this one the most.

Found this place randomly and have to say absolutely loved it. I ordered a pot of tea and a cheese toastie. The tea was delicious and the toastie awesome, with so many extra touches such as a mini bucket of extra grated cheese and some crisps. As i was eating for the day id also ordered a cream scone. In all honesty the toastie had filled me but the scone was a perfect addition. As good a scone as I have had in my 50 plus years. A lovely lady serving me who could not have been more helpful . I so recommend this place and literally cant wait to return. A real gem with lovely atmosphere of vintage songs.

Best afternoon tea I've had for a long time. I loved this tearoom and was made to feel special.The freshly baked cakes and extras served with our drinks created a special moment, thank you :)

A top place. A quiet family-run establishment. Excellent food and drink. Open till 5. They did some extras for us as we were at a low ebb with some health problems. Much appreciated.
