Wonderful from start to finish. We had the pleasure of experiencing Florentina at our best friends' wedding, and knew nobody else would top them at our own, so didn't try anyone else. The tasting experience was wonderful - I did not expect to be eating a full 3 course meal with canapes! In the run up to the wedding, nothing was too much trouble. The team answered every question promptly and politely, and on the day our guests could not stop commenting on the professionalism of the Florentina team and quality of the food. They were a total delight and I have absolutely nothing to complain about, I just wish they could cook and serve me drinks and dinner every day! Thank you for being absolute dream caterers.

Annabelle, Jake and their team went out of their way to put our needs first and replied to all of all questions and thoughts immediately, nothing was too big of an ask or not possible.



Having Annabelle as events planner was perfect. She quickly became my go to wedding planner helping me with everything to do with the wedding, not just food, really going above and beyond. She was kind, helpful and reassuring (an essential for all bridezillas!) She also helped me think about aspects of the wedding I would never have thought of so the day ran smoothly.



The day before, the Florentina team helped us set up and run through events. We knew exactly what was going on when and knew everything was planned meticulously.



On the day everyone said how impressed they were with food and catering and I couldn't agree more, everything was perfect. We were greeted by a beautifully presented team with huge smiles throughout the day, they were professional and attentive (even thinking to come to myself and husband during photographs to top up our drinks and provide us with fantastically presented and tasty canapés!) Food presentation and taste really had the wow factor, I loved the choice of high quality crockery to really compliment the theme of our day, all the little details were spot on. Throughout the wedding breakfast the team checked on us and our entire party constantly and there was never a drink unfilled! My husband received an extra brownie on his dessert plate (a comment he had made 18 months ago about this being his favourite part of the meal was remembered)



The team helped us cut and serve our cheese and wedding cake, sorted out band dramas and provided delicious evening catering, continuing to support us tirelessly throughout the evening.



As you can tell I couldn’t recommend Florentina more (I could write so much more!) and can’t thank Annabelle, Jake and the whole team enough. Thank you for being such a huge part of our special day, you will always hold a special place in our hearts! xxx

Natalie and the rest of the team that I liased with prior to the evening we're so friendly and professional and helped us put together a totally bespoke menu that was perfect for our mum..all her favourite dishes. Natalie and chef Sam turned up promptly, we're friendly and professional, made us feel totally relaxed so we could get on with our celebration around their preparations. Natalie laid the table perfectly, served us all drinks and was generally just very friendly and professional. The food was totally amazing...One of the best meals any of us had ever eaten and not one of us left a crumb! We started by by exchanging emails with Jake and Natalie just over a year ago about menu options. We then met up for tasting session which blew us away and we knew Florentina was our only option. At the same time we chose our cutlery and glass ware. Jake and Natalie were both very helpful and easy to work with.



From this point onwards we worked very closely with Natalie who was a fantastic support from an events management perspective. She was quick to respond to emails and made herself free for calls to run through any questions we had.



The day before the wedding the team turned up to set up which was fantastic and really took the pressure off on the day.



On the day Florentina were 1st class. Natalie really or us at ease and managed everything brilliantly.



They looked the part and delivered fantastic food and service. The canapés, wedding breakfast and evening food were all superb. We had many comments from guests on how good the food was, especially with it having to be scaled up to big numbers.

The guys catered for a 25 person meal at a lovely rented country house in Norfolk this weekend. The weekend was one in which friends came together from all over the uk. Rather than spend a long time cooking and cleaning up on the Sunday, we were cooked a fabulous roast dinner including a quite amazing sticky toffee pudding. The food was exquisite and the service impeccable. Professional, slick and well worth the money. A sparklingly clean kitchen with no washing up was the icing on the cake. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Six stars.

I used Florentina to cater my weekend yoga retreat at the stunning West Lexham retreat centre. They did a great job, and are lovely people who are a real pleasure to work with, and are very well-organised and efficient. The food was all really good, and in particular my guests raved about the avocado toast and poached eggs and the granola we had for breakfast, and the home-made scones for afternoon tea were also a total winner. Nice touches that are included in the price are the constant supply of fresh fruit and also lots of different types of dried fruit and nuts, and the huge selection of teas and different milks to have with them.

Florentina were all I could have hoped for. There were 60 of us and I did not have to worry about a thing from the minute they arrived. The amazing canapés set the scene for what proved to be a superb event (my 60th Birthday Party on the 3rd Feb). One of our dishes involved a poached egg. How on earth did they serve 60 perfect poached eggs!! The next day my daughter looked at me and said "I wish they could come again". I cannot recommend them highly enough, not just for the food but the way they helped with anything and everything on the night. I had so many guests say how great they thought the caterers were. We did a lot of the planning ourselves but Natalie guided us in the right direction and her execution on the day was impeccable.

I had friends come up to me on the wedding day telling me they had spent up to 200 pounds per head for food that didn't meet the standards of Florentina's! We were so happy with the price of everything. I would recommend them for any event, but especially a wedding!

Amazing job done by Florentina this weekend catering for my daughters 21st at a private rental house in Snettisham. Equipment was challenging for them to use and yet our chef James produced brilliant tasty food and Sarah & Amy were perfect serving drinks, canapes and food and their attention to detail decorating the room and laying the table was marvelous. Thanks everyone - 100% first class service from initial contact by email to leaving us with Cheese and Biscuits. Wish you operated near my home. Thanks again
