Very happy. Ordered tyres and booked online which was really covenient. Work was prompt so I used the waiting area which had TV and free WiFi also very clean. Staff were polite and helpful.

I have used Formula 1 the last two times I have needed tyres. Online I've got the tyres I want, at a good price. Fitting date /time arranged online too. Receive an email reminder day before my appointment, excellent. The guys are pretty amiable and friendly too so good all round. I recommend to friends and definitely will use again in future

I had an appointment in the AM. But they couldn't attend to me until the end of the day, due to parts not being delivered on time. The service was exceptional. Great work guys!

Booked a master service and some extra work online! Paid online and dropped of at 08:30. Phone call to say all done same day friendly welcoming atmosphere got offered a hot drink when collecting as was early to collect but would deffo be using it as my new garage! Thanks guys!

Exhaust blown on way to work. Phoned them first thing in the morning (3rd garage I tried) and was told to pop in. They got the part ordered and everything sorted by 11 am. Great service and will use them again.

Busy as usual, online booking only able to book an AM or PM time slot, branch was able to deal with the booking problem and assisted within about an hour. Well done!

Booked a full service and MOT online. Had to bring in for 8:30, got a phonecall by midday that it failed and needed one part to pass. After a bit of a mix up with the local supplier, fitted and re-tested it was done by 16:00. Not what I expected to do - spending all day at the garage, however it was fixed, not a bad price and the assistant manager was really nice, he made up for it in personality with a little chat.

Jekyll and Hyde garage. Ordered and paid for 2 new tyres for wife's car online on a Monday. Car booked in at 12:00 five days later on the Saturday. They started working on car at 12:30; not too bad! At 12:40 we was informed they only had one tyre in stock - why we wasn't told this at point of order or before arriving for booked appointment isn't too much to ask for, surely? Advised we would have priority when coming back for the second tyre - we had to call to check if tyre had arrived. Priority seemed to have gone out of the window when advised they couldn't fit us in as they were fully booked. Insisted they fit the elusive tyre same day. On arrival advised 45 minute wait, which turned out to be 15, amazing. Seems like you take pot luck with this garage, you either get an excellent or shocking service, nothing in between.

Car booked in online for MOT and master service. I arrived at 8.15 so assumed my vehicle would be dealt with quickly. I finally received a phone call at 2.25 to say it was ready, but was told several things should be done. 2 new tyres, brake pads, wheel alignment and brake discs.! This was going to cost another £580. I was stinned into silence

The guy said he would just go and check the discs again. On returning he said they didn't need replacing! I felt pressurised into having all this extra work done but declined. I also felt that because I'm a woman the sales person put more pressure on me. The final paper work was scruffy and covered with oily finger prints. There was no emissions print out either. Not a great experience.

Ordered new tyre online. The guy at reception initially could not find my order when I arrived. I clearly stated to the guy, it is the front left tyre that needs replacing. I was astounded to see they took off the front right tyre - the wrong tyre! The guy then tried to charge me for tracking. I clearly explained I did not pay for this service. I ordered a free 10 point summer check and they did not provide any evidence of this being carried out. I will not be returning to F1 Autocentres and will be telling my friends about the poor service. This isn't the first time F1 Autocentres have tried to fob me off and they will not learn! AVOID.

Booked MOT and two tyres on line in January for fitting on 21st February. 32 days notice, I rang two days before to check they were expecting me first thing at 8:30 in the morning. I asked if they could do it while I waited, they said the tyres and MOT were booked for the same time, there was no option on line to do them at different times. I decided not to organise a separate lift and leave the car as I thought this would all be done in about an hour if I was the first in.



I arrived at 8:15 before they opened and was told again the MOT and tyres were booked for 8:30 and was told the MOT would take one hour and the tyres 45mins so I should be completed by 10:15.

I asked what was the difference between a ordinary wheel balance and a precision wheel balance and was told the precision wheel balance was on the car.



I was surprised it was going to take so long but went into the waiting room and waited.



At 10:15 I asked if the car had passed the MOT as it was now parked outside, I was told they did not know as they had not received the paperwork and they were going to start the tyres shortly.



It took them another hour to fit the tyres and the tyres were dirty and the alloy wheels were covered with grease and scratches.



I have no idea if the wheels had a precision wheel balance as you cannot see from the waiting room and you are not allowed in the workshop or speak to the fitter doing the job



I was not given any paperwork for the work done I was told it was online.



I asked for the MOT paperwork it was faded and scruffy.



Disappointing and a long 3 hour wait which I was not expecting as I had given them plenty of notice arrived in plenty of time, they just seem very inefficient.

Called in for wheel balance , 10 mins sir , after half n hour the balancing machine is playing up be done so , er no it won't I'm off !

Called formula 1 in Bedford as I needed two front tyres, they told me they would have to order them in and that it would be Thursday of last week at the earliest as I was on lates I told them I would pop in on Saturday to get them sorted. Before I left the house my wife called to make sure the tyres were in only to be told that they hadn't been ordered and that they would give us a call when they were in. Once again no call so my wife called on Tuesday this week to find out that they there so she booked my car in for 16:15 the following day. I arrived at 16:05 and left at 18:00 2 hours to fit two tyres. Once I got home I looked at the wheels and noticed that all over the alloys was the tyre lube they used once I had cleaned this off I noticed lots of scratches and chips in my alloys that were not there before. So I paid to have two of my time wasted and my car damaged. I will not use this garage brand again.

Won't use f1 again only had service and brake shoes and had to keep going back to resolve issues with engine management light (that was never there before) and handbrake not being adjusted probably wasted a lot off my time.

Paid for tyre alignment told valid for 28 days. 2 weeks later went for new tyre and tyre alignment check - told it need adjusting again -would I like to pay and have it done! No they offered 28 day guarentee! eventually did the work no extra charge.

However fitted wrong tyre - so I had to go back later that day. Also as I bought online was supposed to have winter check and washer fluid top up - not done.

I booked online and arranged to have 4 tyres fitted to my wife's car on Saturday morning at 10.30am. When I arrived the reception person asked for my name and checked his screen and the told me there was no record of my booking. I told him I booked two days ago on line and gave him the reg number he checked again and found the booking but said I had not booked a time and he could not start doing the car until 11.30am. I insisted that I gave a time and he looked again and said the time has just popped up. He then agreed to get the tyres fitted in 1 hour and for me to come back at 11.30am.

I arrived back 11.30 and sat in the waiting room, 5mins later a fitter came in and told me the job was delayed because they were busy, I said okay. At 11.55 I was called to the car and was told they were checking the tracking as I had asked for; now I did not ask on line for a checking of the tracking, but I let it go as they pointed out that the front wheel tracking was out I said how much longer will it take, the fitter said 15 minutes so I agreed to have it done. The time by now was 12noon. At 12.05 I was in the reception when the guy on the desk told me my car was ready. He then said the price for the tracking adjustment was £84.95 I was stunned and he then said because of the delay he would do me a special reduced price of £65.00 I paid up got in the car and drove home. The first thing I did at home was look up the prices that tyre depots charge for laser tracking

which averaged out to around £60.00 for front and back, but please remember it only took 5 minutes work on my car. I told my wife what had happened and she went out to look at the new fitted tyres, she called and pointed out two inch long scratches to the rear offside wheel-arch at that point I decided that Formula 1 really does not come up to my expectations and I will not be taking any further vehicles to the Bedford depot. I am now looking to find a reliable scratch repair service locally.

Booked regas and clean on line. Turned up as directed by email. Anytime between 08.30 and 5. Told can't do nothing before 10.30 I'll book you in for 12. Came back at 11.50 car still in car park at 12.30. Car went in man came out machine is broken waiting for a part. I'll give you £10 off the manager says. Not much I can do just bad luck. Still I waited and after 2 3/4 hours my car comes off the ramp. It hasn't worked he says. Think there is a leak! You will need to come back and leave it here all day! He did however say he would sort out a full refund. Paid by Paypal so still waiting. Come back in five days if you haven't received it. Not sure I will go back as lost confidence in this establishment. Have booked it in for regas and clean at same time as service.

I have phoned 8 times and each time been told it would be posted or put through my door. FIVE WEEKS LATER and I STILL don't have my MOT certificate despite all the promises. Approx £550 I spent here so should not have to chase for something I have paid for! Appalling customer service. None of my family will be returning so FOUR lost customers for the sake of a 60p stamp!
